The way these pillows are packaged plays a trick on your mind. The box is heavier than I expected for two pillows and are packed smaller than I would have thought two pillows could fit in. Yet, once you open the box you will see it’s two compressed air tight packages of pillows. Once opened, the pillows will take their normal form and fluff up to a nice soft feel. It really is amazing when you hold and feel these pillows to think they were so compressed in their original packing. It’s not just the size, it’s the weight of them. It just doesn’t feel as heavy as they were in the box. They really are soft, normal pillows. They are great. All pillows eventually lose their shape and comfort in enough time, so I replace them once or twice a year, and am happy with these so far.

These pillow are a good quality, and I like that the filling is removable although because of this it ends up looking a little bit lumpy. I would describe these as a "soft" pillow with extra filling if that makes sense - they are by no means firm, and I don't think they would provide much support for your head. I'm a stomach/side sleeper so this works for me.

I've learned over the years that ALL pillows flatten. Which has prompted me to spend considerable money on replacements that quite frankly, do the same thing. I tried these for the first time last night and wow, so comfy! The box was mispleading as it was HEAVY for just a couple pillows, but they're just made well! Let them expand and fluff up from vacuum seal for a day and they were good to go. Be careful picking your size, I was unaware what "Queen" size was, and they're just a little large for my standard pillow cases so I'll have to find some a little larger. They unzip for washing the outer fluff layer to hopefully give them a refresh occasionally. But best of all, they're 1/4 the price of premium pillows and I feel made just as well if not better!

These pillows are amazing. Not only are they insanely squishy and comfortable, but they're also extremely well made. Took seconds to fluff up out of the box, and they seem like they'll hold up with heavy use. I've slept on pillows at resorts that weren't nearly as comfy and soft as these! I got the best sleep of my life the first night I used these, and they provide great support u like my old pillows (no more waking up with cricks in my neck lol). Best pillows on the market for sure!

These pillows surprised me with how soft and comfortable they are. They arrived in a rather heavy box and I couldn't imagine how two pillows could fit in there. However, once out of their compressed state, they expanded and became soft and even fluffy. I've been using them to sleep the last few nights and they give good neck support. An especially helpful feature is the small zipper on the side of each pillow so that you can remove some of the stuffing (down alternative) if you need to adjust the thickness of the pillow for your own comfort (see photo). 5 stars!!!

Nice and Soft, not very firm , which is okay for me. Queen size, perfect fit for my Queen size bed. Feels like down feathers stuffing. I have neck and shoulder issues, so I need extra support under my neck. This feels good and comforting. Didnt give it five stars because of it being so soft, could've had just a little firmness to it. But no complaints here.

These pillows surprised me with how soft and squishy they are. They are just like the gel fiber pillows I have on my bed. I thought from the description they would be more like a standard memory foam pillow and thought I would put them on the guest bed but once I felt them I immediately replaced our pillows with these. I sleep mostly on my side but I also sleep on my back or stomach during the night and these pillows just conform to any position. I highly recommend them for any type sleeper.
