It is not sturdy. I'm 52kg woman and very inactive during sleep. But the shape is slightly ruined and it no longer supports my neck. Neck pain is with me again! I have to search better one now.

I had major back and neck aches before I bought this pillow. I want to buy them for each bed , and take it with me when I travel. I love it. Saved me a surgery I believe. I sleep great. I'd say on average an hour longer.

I don't necessarily like the button in the dip for your head and not happy that they do not make pillow cases for this pillow. I used a very soft pillow case for it and I was able to still use the arm rests if I wanted to. I slept on one side until early in the morning. I woke up with no pain in that shoulder which was why I decided to buy this pillow to see if it worked. My favorite sleeping side is my right side and it is recovering from a torn rotator cuff. It worked! The pillow holds my head straight instead of it curving towards my chest. This felt better and I had no neck pain either. Glad I tried it and I hope I continue to sleep well and wake up with less pain. It is a smaller pillow so if you like to sleep with your arms out more, buy the larger size!

** Update** After my review, I was contacted by the seller and was offered a free replacement. Just received it today. I hope this one lasts longer! Updated my rating from 2 to 4 stars. I would give this a 5 based on comfort, I’m just waiting to see if this one lasts more than a month. Others I do love sleeping in this pillow! I bought this pillow July 6, 2022 and it’s begun to shred just barely over a month, Aug 16, 2022. I have not taken the case off the pillow yet and to my surprise it’s shredding pretty bad. Besides the shredding, I really like the pillow it contours around my shoulders and keep my neck level rather than bending neck neck while I sleep and wake up in pain. This pillow has helped. I have not seen an option to replace the cover. If there isn’t one, I’ll have to buy a different one (not this company’s) and hope I don’t have the same issue. Maybe this was a Friday pillow, who knows. All I know is it’s annoying because not only did I just buy it but the shredded area is right in my face.

Definitely has improved my past overall restless sleep. I am a side sleeper. With old style pillows I would toss one side then to the other continuous throughout the night. I have found that I am turning once or twice at that most now with this pillow. The first night I interchanged with old pillow once as it took a little time getting used to. 2nd night slept through with out any coughing fits. But did wake up with a slight sore neck. Minor. I think my neck an shoulders were adjusting to the new found support this pillow offers. The last 2 nights have been great. Little to no tossing or coughing as I do think it allows your airways to open more. Allowing Deeper breathing ability. There was no smell when opening. But I did cover it with a pillow case of mine which works nicely. How ever the material on pillow is soft. Pillow is well made an the price is reasonable compared to other brands out there. I would highly recommend.
