This cooktop is very fast to heat up, and it's more efficient than the portable gas top I was using. It looks nice, is easy to clean, and I like the safety feature that it shuts off if no pan is detected. The buttons are very sensitive. I did have to get a replacement because the first one came damaged, I think something happened during shipping the box was dinged up. It does take a little to get used to compared to gas.

It heats up quickly and is thin enough to store easily. I made pasta and eggs and it was very easy to use. Definitely recommend this! Thanks to this trusted and tested electric stove. It's a good investment. Great design, highly recommended!

Since most parks no longer allow open flames for cooking while camping, this has been an acceptable alternative. Love the fact that the power setting can be as low as 200W for each unit. This makes using an inexpensive Power Bank an acceptable alternative. Having this low setting also makes it easier to fry eggs etc. Having a dual unit set up allows for cooking two different items at the same time. The keep warm feature is a big plus. If using the keep warm feature you will drain your power bank. That is wattage that could have been used for future cooking if you are doing multiple day camping. Since the unit is still brand new, no word on durability. It is light and appears to be well made. Will update if there are unwarranted failures.

This is my 4th induction cooktop but my first double. We purchased it specifically for our sailboat galley to replace 2 individual units. It's remarkable to me how much this unit has improved from the previous ones I've purchased - it's much quieter, heats up faster, and traverses the power curve smooth and rock steady without ups and downs. For $120 it's unfair to complain about anything - but I can't give it 5 stars for temperature as it's 20 or more degrees hotter than indicated. I only really think that's an issue for making perfect coffee or tea but I have other tools for that. Highly recommended without reservation.

Updating this to DO NO BUY If you put your hand on the corner of the unit it will turn on even though it was locked. See photo and smoke coming from pan!!! There is a 9 displayed when it does this which s not normal Purchased this for my RV since my gas rang only had one adjustable burner Pros: preheats a pan very quickly Cooling Cooks evenly with pans 10” or smaller Fan not too loud Cons: the top is smooth except for the silver line that divides the two sides which is recessed and collects cooking spatter. Should’ve been flush with the overall surface. See photo Lo means off - you see in the photo that both sides show “Lo” which according to the user guide is displayed so you know it is off. Confusing The controls are very sensitive and if you lay your hand over the + - controls it unlocks and turns on too easy If you are moving a pan on a burner and get too close to the controls the power level can change A 10” pan is as big as will cook evenly. You can use a 12” pan but you will need to move the outer items cooking to the center some. Needs adjusting feet so you can level it Bottom line it was a decent deal on Prime Days but would not buy again at full price

The size and weight of this cooker make it perfect for camping and in house usage. It does not take much room for storage. A full charge of my battery in my van can support cooking one lunch and one dinner. When I am in camping site, I can use the outlet, charging my battery. Now it gets colder, I turn it on and let it warm my van for a while at night. Much safer and cleaner than gas burners. In my house, I use it as a backup for my range. Temperature control is easy to handle. I often use it to boil water. Super fast! Enjoy using this cooker.
