This is a scam its very poorly and cheaply made no doubt they make it for 50 bucks than sake it double i just received mine today i can't do any functional work out exercises because the middle of the board where you can fold gets stuck every single time This company and seller doesn't care about quality or the people purchasing this item to say im disappointed is a understatement do not buy from this merchant do not waste your time or money this is a 0 star item and the merchant should be ashamed of themselves for scamming woman trying to get healthy and fit this is a raw straight up review trust me

It’s okay. The pads will not make it past the center folding point and get stuck in the track. Adding pressure doesn’t help, relieving pressure doesn’t help. I can actually see grind marks on the metal strip already where the pads catch before meeting the hinge point. So if your workout only requires using half the board at a time, cool. Otherwise, look for something better quality. I mind being extremely frustrated every time I workout. I’m hoping with use it’ll wear down more and slide better, but who knows.

Pros: 1) A convenient alternative to going to a Pilates studio. 2) For a beginner, it could be a easy way to get started. 3) Foldable and takes very little space so great for small spaces Cons: Others have mentioned it as well that the center pieces don't align and so the movements of the board is very jerky and hinders with workout, therefore negating any advantages
