Great investment. Came in a great packaging. Beautiful black faucet with a good filter faucet on the same unit. The design saved me a lot of trouble drilling another hole for a stand alone filter faucet. Filter faucet provides great flow. The pull out function is excellent. Withdraw and retrieve was effortless. The spray/stream buttons is a plus. Able to switch without leaks. Be sure to buy a “double stop flow control” in order to install the filter. Very happy with it. Edited after 2years & 11 months of usage.(since 7/18/2019) June 1, 2022 This faucet is still very sturdy, serves the purpose very well: 1. Unlike the other gooseneck faucets which water may drip back to the inner pipe, 2. Retractable pipe is well built, the filter faucet is still in excellent condition & it’s the reason why I bought this faucet set, don’t have to drill filter faucet whole in a rental apartment, thus I won’t be charged for damaging the sink. I still give it a 5 star, no doubts. However, after 3 movings, that means I had to remove the whole set from old apartment to new apartment, 3 times, the plastic valve control (grey & blue color, see photo) cracked a bit from all that install & uninstall, causing a pipe leak under the sink. I wouldn’t consider this a manufacturer’s fault. Just wrote to the original seller / manufacturer. Truly wish they are in good business and they do carry spare parts for customers like me. I requested 2 pieces, just to be safe. I’ll update further if & when I receive a response.

Wanted to wait at least 12 months to write a review of this to test durability. I am satisfied with it. I did not have any water leakage even with daily use. I thought the fittings provided were of decent quality and have not had any fitment or installation issues. It’s a product that enables an additional water line for a water filter without having to drill a new hole in my granite top. Purchased specifically for this. Its dual purpose is simple and intuitive to use. I like the sprayer options in the main faucet with its adjustments. 24 Month Update: Still working great. Intially had some high water pressure through the water filter system but was unrelated to the nozzle. 5 stars still. No leaks or drips, very reliable spout, highly recommend.

The original owners of our house installed a stainless steel faucet with this black composite sink so this looks much much better. Very happy with the purchase and how the faucet works. I’ve done easier plumbing projects but mine was made more complicated because we installed a separate filter for the dedicated drinking water outlet and spigot. *** INSTALL ADVICE *** the 4 pipes thru the small neck of the faucet make it almost impossible to tighten the three separate water lines AFTER the faucet is mounted. So pull the primary faucet hose out of the neck and screw the two cold and one hot lines securely to the very cluttered assembly of female connections first then feeding them thru the counter and sink hole followed by the hose for the actual primary faucet after the unit is mounted. Then it’s only a matter of push connecting the primary hose to the combined water outlet. I can’t imagine doing it any other way with how close the connections are at the base of the faucet. I recommend the purchase otherwise.

I like this faucet, and I have it hooked up to my reverse osmosis system. It works great, but it wasn't easy to install. I bought this because I didn't want to drill another hole in my granite countertop for the new RO system. For some reason, combo faucets like this seem to be pretty hard to find. The other 3way faucets I did find seem to be designed for those huge farmhouse sinks. Maybe that's because RO systems are more common in rural areas where people are drinking from well water? Anyhow, I paired this up with an Apec Ultimate RO system. I mostly followed the instructions, but I have some notes on the stuff that was missing, or unclear, or that I did differently in case anyone else is looking to do the same. Hopefully I can save someone else some pains and reduce their time spent working under the sink. I am not a plumber, I'm just a homeowner that finally got this faucet installed. I had to remove the original faucet installed on the countertop and to my surprise I needed a special tool called a "Basin Wrench" to remove the nut on the old faucet's shank. None of the tools I owned would fit in the tiny space around the faucet shank to remove the nut. I made a trip to the hardware store and picked one up. Now I own a $15 tool that I'll probably only ever use that one time. The instructions that came with this faucet didn't match up with the parts in the box. In particular there was no big black plastic ring. It wasn't obvious how to use the brass ring it came with, and there were no instructions for that part. Hopefully they will update the instructions for this in the future. I put the rubber washer on the shank, touching the *under* side of the countertop (it didn't make sense to put this on the top side). I then slid on the thin metal ring, followed by the threaded brass ring with screw holes. After those were all in place, I tightened up the screws in the brass ring. Note that the ring that threads onto the shank is made of fairly soft brass, so be very careful about making sure the screws are threading in correctly, or you'll easily strip the threads. When I first installed the faucet onto the counter top, my wife noticed that the whole faucet (handles and everything) would spin on the counter top. It would spin around in either direction freely, and that wasn't going to work. So I went back and tightened up the screws some more but that didn't help. No matter how tight those screws were, the faucet would spin. I ended up re-installing the ring and screws so many times that I had to replace the screws (M6 metric screws by the way. If you have to buy screws too, use the smallest head you can find. I used the black hex ones and the head barely had enough clearance to fit against the shank) After some troubleshooting, we realized that the shank (threaded brass pipe) that connects to the faucet was loose, and that's the reason the faucet was spinning around. So, quick tip: Before installing the faucet, check the shank on the faucet and tighten it up really good if it's loose. It will save you a ton of time and frustration. I'll probably use loctite on the shank-to-sink connection if it starts spinning again in the future. I picked up a 3/8x3/8x1/4 compression tee fitting at the hardware store that I connected to the cold outlet on the wall. The Apec RO system I bought does come with a complicated three part setup for this, but when every connection is another opportunity for a leak, I wanted to reduce that mess down to one part. I connected the RO system to the 1/4 side, and the cold water line on this faucet to the other 3/8 side. I used teflon tape on the 3/8 connections. Also note that since there isn't an on/off valve on the tee fitting, I'll have to turn off the tank valve during filter changes or water will go everywhere. Keep that in mind if you happen to go with a T fitting too. I also replaced the plastic fitting that connects the filtered water line on the faucet to the 1/4 tube from the RO. I picked up a metal version of the same thing at lowes that had a compression fitting for the 1/4 tube. I think they called it a "reducer". The tiny faucet that came with the RO system had a plastic tube connected to it that was designed to connect to the RO system. I cut that plastic tube off of the Apec faucet, and used it to connect the RO system to this faucet instead. Before purchasing this faucet, I was reading all of these reviews and wondering why people don't just replace that filtered water supply line with one that connects directly to the RO system. Everyone seemed to be purchasing a fitting that connects to the faucet's supply line, then connecting the RO system to the fitting. Now that I've gone through the install, it makes sense why everyone has to go this route. While a single supply line from the RO system to the faucet would have made that connection super simple, there doesn't appear to be one that exists. The faucet side connection on the supply line seems to be proprietary (or at least Lowes doesn't carry a supply line that fits it, which seems to be a 1/4 inch male fitting?) Also, the line coming from the RO system in my case was a 1/4 inch plastic tube, and there probably isn't a faucet supply line that reduces down to a 1/4 inch plastic tube on the water supply side. In total, I had to make three trips to the hardware store to complete this install: one to pick up the faucet wrench to remove the old faucet, one to pick up replacement screws for the brass ring (because I eventually rounded off the original screws while trying to fix the spinning faucet issue), and another trip to pick up a brass fittings like the one that replaced the plastic fitting that came with this faucet. So in summary: You probably have everything you need, but plan on a trip to the hardware store if you don't like plastic fittings, or you have anything non-standard going on. Make sure that threaded shank is snugly screwed into the faucet before installing. Be careful when threading those screws into the brass ring or you'll likely strip the threads on the ring. Consider teflon tape on the water connections, especially on any brass-to-chrome or brass-to-steel (this fixed a leak I was having). Good luck!

I love that this prevents having to drill another hole in the countertop, the drinking water faucet is smooth and rotates easily and fits under the main faucet so they can cross each other. I don't love that the main faucet handle rotates 45deg back and forwards, I'd prefer straight up and 90deg forward like so many other faucets but I don't think this can be changed. Besides that it was a super easy install, parts came with it for what I needed, and the spray is strong. There aren't many options for this dual purpose faucet but I'm happy with this purchase so far.
