I had high hopes for this balance board, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. First of all, the quality feels cheap – the plastic is flimsy and doesn’t feel durable. The resistance bands are color-coded but offer very limited tension, and there’s no clear instruction on how to set them up properly. The product’ s guidance is easy to understand with pictures of how to assemble. For the price, I expected something much more sturdy and professional. If you’re looking for a serious balance trainer or core workout tool, look elsewhere. This is more for the beginners who did not have any workout experience.

The media could not be loaded. This 7 in 1 pilates board is right on time for my heath goals. There are different exercises that I can do so I don't get bored. I can work different muscle groups and challenge myself with different resistance bands. The thick knee pad is helpful for those with bad knees. I appreciate the space saving feature (folds in half) and that it's light weight. If you're looking for an all-in-one strength training device with no assembly required and doesn't take up much space, this one fits the bill.

I really wanted to love this Pilates board, but unfortunately, the materials just don’t live up to the price point. The cushion feels thin and unsupportive—definitely not something I’d trust for long sessions or regular use. The hinges are made of lightweight plastic that doesn’t inspire confidence in the board’s durability. Overall, the construction feels flimsy and not built to last, especially for a product marketed as “multi-purpose”. I expected more substance and sturdiness for what I paid. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a solid long-term investment—this feels more like a temporary fix than serious fitness equipment.

The media could not be loaded. I’m disappointed with the Pilate board. First the resistance bands can not be adjusted based on power, which means they are useless for people with more strength. Definitely not suitable for men or anyone looking for challenging vinyasa. Second the whole pad is unstable. Each time I use handles to pull myself in, the pad tried to fold up. Not valuable for buying.

I’m so excited to have & use this Pilates board. It’s light, easy to store and assemble. Unfortunately before it arrived I injured my right shoulder so I can’t remark on using it yet. I’ll include pictures & a copy of the QR so you can watch the video of assembly & workouts. I’m so disappointed I can’t use it right now but as you’ll see on the video it offers options for several different exercises. I already own an AeroPilates but after downsizing it just takes up too much room - this board is perfect! I will come back and update this review ASAP.

Took a bit to get around to writing a review for this one - but it is definitely worth an immediate 5 stars. Comes with an instruction manual with a qr codes that has video demonstration. We have at home gym equipment in our garage - but with the current heat wave its way too hot and humid to try to stick to a work out regimen out there. This is PERFECT. Work outs that target several parts of the body - all in the comfort of your living room, bathroom, bed room, or any space that has enough room to move around in. It folds up small enough to fit under a bed in a closet or tucked away beside a dresser. 10/10 , truly. You can even take it on the go
