This home foldable Pilates kit is amazing. It is portable, light weight and easy to store. It comes with the ability to do an array of exercises that tones and strengthens and is so easy to use. The amount of exercises are endless and it is so easy to change it up with the provided grip handles, bar and bands, they even give you 2 extra bands. It has feet on the bottom to stabilize the board when using the easy slide gliding mechanism and an extra thick pad to protect your knees. There are color coded slots on the top of the board where you place the handles in to give you different muscle specific exercises. IE Rose color targes your back muscles, Blue color targets your chest muscles and the yellow color tones shoulders and arms. This makes for a fun and easy all in one piece of exercise equipment that has proven to help with my stabilization, core strength and all over toning.

Took a bit to get around to writing a review for this one - but it is definitely worth an immediate 5 stars. Comes with an instruction manual with a qr codes that has video demonstration. We have at home gym equipment in our garage - but with the current heat wave its way too hot and humid to try to stick to a work out regimen out there. This is PERFECT. Work outs that target several parts of the body - all in the comfort of your living room, bathroom, bed room, or any space that has enough room to move around in. It folds up small enough to fit under a bed in a closet or tucked away beside a dresser. 10/10 , truly. You can even take it on the go

I’m so excited to have & use this Pilates board. It’s light, easy to store and assemble. Unfortunately before it arrived I injured my right shoulder so I can’t remark on using it yet. I’ll include pictures & a copy of the QR so you can watch the video of assembly & workouts. I’m so disappointed I can’t use it right now but as you’ll see on the video it offers options for several different exercises. I already own an AeroPilates but after downsizing it just takes up too much room - this board is perfect! I will come back and update this review ASAP.

I have been seeing these boards on the Tok and been eyeing them for a while now. Glad I chose this one. This is more Compact than the others and easier to put away. Glad that it came with extra bands too! Plus they thought of that pad for the knees, is great of them! I didn’t have batteries yet but we tried for a bit and it was smooth sailing! Easy to assemble and put away. I rven told some friends about it! A plus also is the color. I’m in love with the purple!

I purchased this Pilates board on May 7, 2025, and after a few weeks of using it, I’m very happy with my purchase. The MOVOCA board is a multifunctional piece of equipment that truly delivers what it promises: it’s compact, easy to use, and very versatile. It allows you to perform a wide variety of exercises that target different muscle groups, especially the abs, glutes, and legs. What I liked the most is its ergonomic and foldable design, which makes it easy to store in small spaces. The included accessories, like the resistance bands and sliding handles, help to intensify the workouts and add variety to the routines, so it never gets boring. It’s great for both beginners and more experienced users of Pilates or functional training. The material feels sturdy and safe to use. Although it’s currently unavailable, I would definitely recommend it if it comes back in stock.

This pilates board does a little bit of everything that allows you to work different muscles and find what works for you. It's made of durable plastic that should withstand quite a bit of weight. The only issue I had was the sliding circles would sometimes catch a little when sliding them across where it can fold in half for storage. Other than that, everything worked as intended and came nicely packed.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m honestly really impressed! This Pilates board is super sturdy, and the design is so cute (I got the pink one!). It comes with resistance bands, bars, handles, and a user manual, everything you need to get started right away. I’ve been using it mainly for full-body workouts, and it adds a good amount of resistance. It’s also easy to set up and store, which is a big plus for small spaces. If you’re looking for something to help you stay consistent with your workouts at home, I definitely recommend it!
