I have been struggling to find an exercise regimen to match my incredibly busy schedule, my chronically stressed-out lifestyle, and my physical conditions that make it harder to perform certain exercises. I get plenty of cardio from running around between meetings, and when I try to do HIIT or anything like mat pilates at home, I manage to quickly overwork myself, and then my adrenals are shot and I am even more stressed. But this exercise set is PERFECT. It allows me to incorporate strength training into my life to target the muscles that need the most attention from my sitting at the computer for many hours. The set is surprisingly good-quality. I was completely expecting to get some cheap plastic, but it's really sturdy and nice. It also comes with a nice big poster with images of a bunch of different exercises you can do, showing which groups of muscles those exercises would target. This is absolutely perfect for me. I hate having to follow a video tutorial because it isn't easy to tell if you're following the exercises correctly all the time. With a picture that shows which muscles are supposed to be targeted, it is easy to tell if you are doing it right because if you are, you will feel it in those muscles, and if you aren't, you won't. Also, I love that it has so many options and is so personalizable. I am recovering from a wrist injury, which makes exercises like push-ups and mountain climbers impossible. Yet, I've been wanting to rebuild muscle for a long time. This set allows me to do that without aggravating my injury. This is the first time in years that I don't have to get external motivation to exercise, and the first exercise ever that I am willingly and eagerly coming back to. I have had it for a couple of weeks, and I feel significant improvement in my muscle tone and strength, and my overall health.

If you want something to help get you toned, look no further. This is a very helpful tool to help get you on shape. It’s for beginners for sure. It’s easy to use and assemble. Love how compact that it is. Very lightweight.

I've purchased a few different bar and band kits like this recently and I'll tell you for free if you listen to me that this one right here is both the best and the cheapest (at time of my purchase). Fellas, heads up: buy the pink exercise equipment. It's cheaper most of the time and it's usually just as good. This one is actually better. I have extra bands on hand, but this kit comes with 150lbs. I'm not Superman and I mostly use this particular kit for squats and stretches, so 150lbs is completely adequate for me. The kit has all the accessories you'd expect to see for such things. The handles, stirrups, cuffs, door hook, etc.. Everything stitched strongly and ready to go to work for some time to come. I have another kit that is almost exactly like this one excepting the fact that it's very much dude coded. I mean that it's black and orange and looks pretty bro friendly. Thing is... lemme check my records... that kit cost $36 and actually had a few less accessories. Also, this kit has a better bag. Actually looks like it might possibly be useful. The bags with the other kits I put right in the whathefck pile under the kitchen sink with the weird coozy sleeve full of infinite plastic grocery bags. Those bags were not worth dealing with. They will probably still be exactly where I put them to and through the day I die. Useless, see? Anyway, good kit here. Useful. Versatile. Well appointed. Pink. Fellas, buy the pink stuff. :)

My order arrived quickly with no problems. It was very easy to assemble. It is a sturdy piece of equipment that gives a great workout. I would highly recommend it. The seller reached out to me very quickly to see if I was satisfied with the order and whether or not I had any issues / questions. My only suggestion would be to offer a shorter set of bands so that you can do some seated bicep / tricep work. I've adjusted the bands to the shortest length, but there was still too much slack. It's not a big deal because you can easily do some work standing up, but it would be nice to have that option. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints.

I am a 48 year old woman and I decided I had to get off of my butt. I wanted a different kind of workout. I started looking at reformer Pilates boards, but then I came across this wonderful product. The quality of this product is amazing!! I’m still shocked I paid so little for it. It is easy to assemble and very easy to use. I love using the chart for different ways to work out. I don’t have to do the same move everyday. Even though I’m going slow and doing it for only 10 minutes a day, I will be incorporating this into my daily routine. Great product that I am super happy about!! My husband even started to use it too.
