Product arrived when promised and contained all parts. Easy to assemble and use. Although the resistance bands list weights of 50, 30, and 20 pounds I doubt they really are that much. Maybe if you stretched them to the breaking point they would break at those weights. Regardless, this is a good product at a good price. I would recommend.

I received this set on Friday evening so I have only gotten a few workouts in but I love this bar (Pro version). I’m around 5’10” and I am able to lift the bar straight overhead with my arms fully extended. On Friday evening I tried just that and it was a little difficult but after using the bands for other exercises on Saturday they loosened up a bit and overhead was no problem. I like the straps that allow me to rein in the length quite easily when needed - still need to roll the bar for some exercises but easily done. I have an AeroPilates reformer (easier to store than other reformers) that I have used for years and I think the Pilates bar is giving me a much better workout. I also love that it’s quite compact for taking along when traveling. And I have no problem storing everything in the bag even though I just break down the bar and leave everything attached. Everything that was supposed to be included was in the box. I am very happy with my purchase - no regrets at all at this point.

This Pilates bar kit is a really practical, space-saving option for staying active and toning one's body at home. One of the biggest advantages is how easy it is to use for quick workouts or even short “exercise snacks” throughout the day—you can fit in squats, rows, abdominal toning, or arm work in just a few minutes without a full gym setup. The kit includes a nice variety of resistance bands, handles, ankle straps, and connectors, giving you plenty of flexibility for different exercises. The bar itself is lightweight but feels sturdy in use, and the adjustable straps make it easy to tailor the setup for different movements and heights. It’s especially great for toning, strength, and conditioning, and works well for resistance training at a light to moderate level. Setup is quick, which makes it easy to stay consistent, and everything stores compactly when you’re done, versus the bigger and bulkier Pilates boards and reformers. It was plenty challenging for me using the 30 lb bands, and it will be awhile until I am strong enough to go up to using the 40 lb bands, which means it will last me a long time, as long as the equipment holds up over time. I can tell that it has given me a good workout because I have woken up sore each morning after I have used this set the day before! Update: the company reached out to me and sent me another one. I was just going to eat the loss on the other one because i live so far from everything and didnt want the hassle so I am so grateful for them getting in touch with me and helping me. I tried it and it works wonderfully! I got a good workout with it and am so happy it worked for me. I love that it's so versatile, so small yet you can do almost any workout with it. I definitely recommend! Also, customer service was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, I can't really say how this bar is because it's too tall (I guess that's how you would say that) and therefore I can't really do anything with it. I'm not short by any means(5'6) so maybe it's because I didn't get the pink one? I'm not sure but I'm sad cause I was really excited about it.

My set arrived earlier this week, and my comments are not about its effectiveness. It's too soon to say whether using the kit will help firm, tone, shape, or strengthen my body with use. The components look good. As pictured. My complaint with this kit is that it comes with one sheet of suggested exercises that use only the bar, one set of bands, and the foot stirrups. But the kit has a door anchor, ankle bands, and hand grips--and there is no information in the package about how to attach and use those. If you're a newbie, you just look at them in wonder. Returning to this product page on Amazon shows loads of pictures, but products come and go. Take screen shots, print them make your own instruction booklet for how to use the kit before the information all disappears. That's a pain. The back side of the workout sheet is blank. The company could very easily have printed more instructions for using all the equipment included on that blank back page.

When I got this in I was skeptical at first but once I opened it I was really impressed! The quality is great! I like that the Pilates bar has adjustable straps with measurements so you can get them even the attention bands everything on it are really good quality it comes with the little door piece so you can do the door exercise is also. A definite addition you need for your pilates workout!
