It’s good and it works really good for Pilates. I woke up the night stayed barely being able to move if you’re gonna get it though get something that goes with it like the card books that show you how to do the workout.

I love this Pilate bar. I only use the 30lb straps. They break every 6 months or so. I have not yet been able to find replacement straps so I buy a whole new bar every time my straps break. I now have 5 bars and 5 sets of 40lb straps. 1 set of 30lb straps (and 1 spare). Really wish I could find just the 30lb straps. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Today will mark my first real workout in nearly 6 years so I consider myself a beginner. I received my packet with all the supplies but what I was disappointed to not find a packing list identifying all the parts. It helps to know that you got all your stuff and it also aids in putting things together. I think the instructions could have been a little better but It wasn't hard figuring things out and putting it together.
