I love this fan! We had it installed by a professional electrician and he liked it too. It runs so quietly and looks great, it has some great light features too. Really great fan. Easier to clean, looks modern and has a remote too which is great, no more pull strings hitting you in the face.

Very poor quality performance as far as actually blowing enough air to even feel it on the highest speed it will go. If it didn’t take so long to get them installed by a friend, I would have returned both. The remote is not designed well either. I wish I wouldn’t have gotten these but went by reviews. Sometimes it’s successful and sometimes it doesn’t from reviews and 4+ stars. I have no idea why good reviews on an item that is basically useless for me. It’s pretty pathetic they don’t even blow enough to make my curtains or anything else move from the pathetic non existent air flow on high setting. The only positive thing is the black color & very quiet, but I think that’s because it’s not a strong enough fan. I have a small living room/dining room that both fans were installed in. Two fans at the opposite ends of the room is pretty bad to not feel any air moving. I might as well not even use them because you can’t tell the difference between the fans being on or off. The only thing that has worked is I have to use the reverse setting on the fan direction that at least blows enough to make the curtains move a little bit but still can’t feel much. If I had the money, I’d go to an actual store to see how well they worked and if it was a strong airflow like it should be. Heck, my pedestal fan blows a lot of air that really moves it around & now using those, too. Not worth the money and effort installing this fan or having to still buy other fans to compensate lack of air from these ceiling fans. ... show more

I am so happy I got this fan. I have a really small place and it fits my kitchen perfectly. Pretty easy to install but you need two people for sure. Just read the instructions. The wiring was a little confusing but my friend has experience installing fans so we figured it out. This was the fourth fan we purchased. The first three have been fantastic the air flow it provides is completely amazing. It makes our rooms super cool and the lights are nice and bright but with option to dim. Easy to use. Easy to assemble. However our last (4th) fan just stopped working the other day. Not sure how long the lifespan was suppose to be however We only had it for about 4-5 months. Hoping it’s just a fluke and the other three fans don’t start breaking down as well. The fan stopped working first and then there seems to be a strobe effect happening each time we turn the light on now. ... show more

I bought 3 of these. I had a small problem with the electronic box in one of them. I contacted the company via chat, and the next day they sent me another box and a remote control. Their customer service is super professional (be prepared to wait 10 days if that happens to you). The installation is extremely easy and can be done by someone without much experience. The light is very good, you can easily change the tone, and it will remember the color it was on when you turn it off and back on from the remote (I haven't tried it from the switch, since my fans are on directly, they don't use a switch). The plastic covering the LEDs is quite large, giving a pleasant light and a very nice look to the fan. It has other functions that you can read in the description. ... show more
