The media could not be loaded. I’m usually pretty skeptical of phone mounts that claim to be rugged enough for off-road or motorcycle use. I used to be a truck driver, and even with a massive, industrial-grade mount, my tablet was constantly bouncing around. That thing was ugly as sin—but it was tough. So yeah, I don’t fall for “rugged” claims easily. The reason I took a chance on this RESSONIC Phone Mount is because of the built-in wireless charging battery pack. That feature alone made it worth trying—and I’m glad I did, because this setup seriously impressed me. Everything about it feels well thought out. The materials are solid but surprisingly lightweight, and the handlebar clamp is no joke. You can really crank it down and know it’s not going anywhere. You can mount it directly to the ball joint, or use the included offset arm that lets you position the phone about 3 inches in any direction. Fewer joints equals more durability, but having that option makes it way easier to get the phone exactly where you want it. The ball joint design is excellent. There’s a rubber insert inside the socket that the ball jams against when you tighten it, so once it’s locked, it truly does not move. The wireless charging battery snaps magnetically into the center of the mount. You extend the arms, drop your phone in, and it clamps down tight. At first I thought my phone wouldn’t fit because it was so snug, but the rubber grips are meant to compress and hold firmly—and they do. Once my phone was in place, it started fast-charging immediately and stayed charging without cutting in and out. That’s huge. And I can see this mount being compatible with any phone on the market. Another nice touch is that the battery pack pops out easily. You can take it inside to recharge or use it as a standalone power bank if you want. Bottom line: this thing is rugged, smartly designed, and actually does what it promises. For off-road, motorcycles, or anything that vibrates and bounces, this mount has earned my highest recommendation.

I got this phone holder for my golf push cart so that I am able to attach it to my handle and have my phone be right under my hand at all the times. It’s surprisingly works really nice and well and grips really tight to the handle and I don’t have to worry that my phone is gonna fall on break. The grips that hold the phone grip the phone really tight and it seems like the phone doesn’t get much vibration when walking and having this strapped to the handlebars. Installation is super simple and straightforward and there’s a lot of adjustability because of the extra arm that comes with the phone holder with which you were able to insert it and change the angles that the holder holds the phone in. I really like the charger that it comes with as well so that I am able to charge my phone at least a little bit while I’m on the course if my battery is low.

It always seems that my phone is needing charged whenever I go out, whether riding my bike, or pushing the stroller. This little charger / mount has been a lifesaver! I don't have to worry about waiting for my phone to be charged before I can do anything - now I can go and the 5000 mAh charger always has enough power to get me through until I can fully charge my phone. The holder holds my phone very securely, so I don't have to worry about it falling. This holder is well made, and easy to use. One thing I really appreciate is that the portable power bank is magetic - so it doesn't have to be on the mount in order to charge the phone - if I am at the gym, I can mount the charger to the equipment, workout, and charge my phone...all at the same time. If you have been putting off getting a portable charger or bike mounted phone chargin stand I say wait no longer. This charger does the job, magnetically, so you don't have to worry about cables, and the power bank is waterproof - although I am not going to test that, but sometimes I do get caught in the rain. the clamp holds tight, the power bank charges - if you do things outside and need a phone mount that keeps your phone secure, this item will meet and exceed your expectations. At the time of review this item was priced at just under $69 - which seems like a fair price, as I have not seen another mag charging power bank that offers what this one does. And it gets delivered directly to your door.

Right now I’m using this on my bureau. It opens by lifting the top piece, and once the phone is in, it sits securely and charges the way it should. The bottom mic area on the phone is a bit enclosed while it’s in the holder, but it still works. It does use a cord to charge the power bank. The nice thing is that the power bank can also be taken out of the holder and put right on the back of the phone, so it can be used as a regular magnetic power bank when I want. I usually keep it on my bureau during the day to charge, and I can also screw the clamp onto my spin bike at the gym when I want to use it there. It feels like a strong, well-built unit, and there’s an extension so you can have it sit out further if you want to. The magnet is strong, and it seems to be charging rather rapidly. I would have no hesitation using this on a street bike or a motorcycle. The clamp is very strong, the magnet is powerful, and the phone is also held by four padded corner grips with rubber inside them, which keeps it from bouncing around. So far it has been secure, and I like the flexibility of being able to use the power bank either in the holder or directly on the phone.
