I absolutely love this Phomemo Thermal Printer! Works with bluetooth also has a disk drive as an option to use on a computer. Comes with a usb- c cable as well a a storage pouch instructions and the box and 5 thermal printer sheets. It prints great I printed a 2023 calendar and a random picture I had in my phone. It's small lightweight only around 2.2 lbs and rechargeable. It didn't take long to charge and it was simple fast and easy to set up. It does come with instructions if you need them. It's also great for printing tattoo stencils and you never need to replace the ink so that's amazing. Can print 130 pages before needing to recharge the battery. It's not very loud which I enjoyed. Also love the Phomemo app which has templates for calendars and all kids of clip arts or you can do you own drawings,pictures, paperwork, homework, invoices, websites, recipes ect Does not work with regular paper since its thermal but Phomemo thermal paper is priced very affordable. It was packaged very good I Don't have any actual negative impressions I love all my Phonemo products can't wait to see what they come out with next ... show more

Works really well. Comes with some pretty cool thermal paper that you can print black and gray pictures on. Stencils come out well and the app is easy to use. Fits well in my tattoo bag for mobile tattoos. No ink used. Worth the money

I was very excited about this product and the portability and convenience it provided. First of all the print quality is quite bad. Unless you just need basic printing for on the go stuff, the resolution is not so good and unpresentable. It looks quite fuzzy. Now, I'm not sure if this is due to the printer, or how thermal paper reacts to printing. The technology is promising, but looks like a bit more R&D is neccessary. However, the main issue was that it arrived fully charged but when I plugged it in to charge it a few days later, the product stopped working. Now, it will not charge or turn on. I've contacted Phenemo and although, they are responsive on whatsapp, they have still to solve my problem. THey have said that if it actually is a deffective product, they will refund my money, but what about the tons of money I've invested in the thermal paper??? I’ve been using this for tattoo stencils for the past month. It’s so easy to use and it works great. I love that it can be used cordless, and the battery seems to last quite a while. It’s so much smaller than I expected, so it fits in my travel case super easy. The app is super user friendly, and the setup took barely any time at all.
