I don’t usually write reviews, but after reading all the negative reviews and purchasing this product ready for a challenge, there was no challenge! The product is easy to use right out of the box! Scan the QR code, download and open the app, start to create your labels and print. I purchased the set with the bag and the three different size labels. I was more interested in the app when looking for a label maker. The app does not come with preloaded templates. You have to create your own. Once you have an idea it’s a very easy process. You can edit and print PDF files, access your photos to print on labels, includes barcodes, QR codes, OCR, icons, borders, lines, different fonts, tables, Excel, voice recognition, shapes, and scan functionality. The printer does turn off and you have to select “reconnect” before you print, if there is an extended time during print cycles. It’s one extra simple button. The labels print super fast and are ready to use. The printer seems very durable and quiet. The only two issues I have run into are printing super small font, it tends to blur a bit, and when changing label tape to a different one it does waste one or two labels, which is to be expected. I’ve attached a photo from the app for anyone in need of a simple template.

i Was initially disappointed that there was no on-line documentation. I am somewhat vision impaired and the type size of the provid3ewd Quick Start Guide is just too small. I eventually found some videos, but like all videos, the presenters werre too enamoured with their own voice and keep adding in stuff that I don't care about. Then I did find some print documents, but they were not complete because I also want to run this on my desktop or laptop, because smartphones are just too small. I got t running sort of on my desktop, but it doesn't have all the neat features. So, I am currently running on a iPad. Even the iPad has many small icons to fight through. Operationally, it takes a little learning to work well. First issue I noticed is that it wastes a fair number of labels, especially when loading. Second, identifying the label size is a little tricky, but if you measure the labels, that seems to be the best way Then you have to look through the many labels to find that one. Fortunately, it remembers what labels you use, so the next time it is easier. Finally, I love the borders, although I could wish for some others. The only problem with borders is that the line widths scale up when the border is scaled. This makes some of the borders unusable on larger labels. I would rate this as a Good useable label printer. It did not reach the point of outstanding (5 starts) because of the wasted labels and the small print. Still, for the price, it is a very useful label printer.

Printer was easy to setup and use. I chose to use Bluetooth to connect to my iPhone and it connected immediately. Designing a label was easy with many symbols and frames. I was even able to print a black and white photo from my camera roll. Before printing a photo view the three different resolutions to see which looks best for your photo. Prints are sharp and easy to read. Just began using the printer so I can’t comment on how long the battery charge lasts. I purchased the printer with a case and everything fits well including extra rolls and the instructions.

This printer is so frustrating! Have been trying over and over for days trying to get this stupid thing to connect to the recommended apps but just won't work. Just want to print some labels for my 3D print filament color swatches. Nothing is working. The apps don't see the printer. Useless. The troubleshooting steps are not helpful either. Was really excited to use this thing. Big disappointment!

I felt this label maker was difficult to setup and use, may be easier for someone with more knowledge with technology. On the good side, it is compact and includes a nice case.

Printer works great for labeling items for my booth saves me a ton of time by not having to hand write everything. I was even able to upload a logo to print in my tags. Thermal printing is nice too, I don’t have to we it about running out of ink. Customer service is quick to respond as well.
