The major problem was that it came with a defective wheel. Had to replace myself, since the warranty does not cover wheels. The seller, Medical Super Store advertised a 5 year warranty, but that was a lie. Assembly took some time, but was not too bad. Battery life - wife took scooter to Epcot. At the half-way mark around the Epcot loop, her battery was running low. We made it back to the bus stop - but had to push it onto the bus. Other than these negatives, the wife likes this scooter - it allowed her to experience Disney World. ... show more

Love, love, love this! So comfortable & easy to use. The height adjustable seat that also swivels for easy entry & exit is so very helpful! It has totally changed & greatly improved my life. This mobility cart is so easy to transport & has given me the ability to get out & about to shop, travel, participate in outside activities, etc. that I was unable to do before . Scooter is great for me to get around places since I am on oxygen. I can easily control the speed by turning the dial. The chair is very comfortable. The only thing I wish the basket in front was a little bigger can't put very much in this one, but other than that scooter is great. Amazon was the best price we could find and researching this is the best scooter for areas other than paved streets. ... show more

I would like it more if my wife would use it more often. Its easy to use, travels a long way on a charge and between her and I it loads into the car. I took it to the store to see what it was like. Nice. Down to Safeway, into the store, bought what I needed and then back home. No problems. She used it at a car show and she loved it. ... show more

    • Made for people shorter in stature.
Received new scooter, no problem with ordering nor delivery (dropped shipped from Drive Medical warehouse in Ga). Assembly was pretty easy, chose to keep shipping box so I had to have assistance in lifting motor/base out of box. Charging batteries seemed to go ok, 10 hours of charge time. Took new scooter for it’s first use over Memorial Day weekend trip and with-in 10 minutes of arriving at destination (500 miles away from home) I was receiving a low power indicator and beep error code. Sent txt messages to LivingWell and Drive Medical while I limped along with periodic recharging when I could find a plug on casino floor. Have been dealing LivingWell tech support since. They now think it’s a dead battery and are supposedly sending me a set of new batteries. Haven’t received new batteries yet so don’t know if this will fix issue. LivingWell just gave ‘lip service’ when asked about some sort of reimbursement for costs associated with renting hotel scooter of having to cut vacation short due to issues. BUYER BEWARE: fully test new scooter and battery charging (deplete and fully recharge) BEFORE taking scooter somewhere you may be stranded. I’ve read some reviews complaining about battery life and usage time between charges. ... show more

    • Very unstable. Tips over easily.
This scooter easily tips over. Hit a very minor low spot and it flipped over and left my father injured on the ground unable to stand.
