The hamper was delivered without a top. When I tried to deal with Amazon, I was only told to contact (and the email address was provided) Mind Reader. This is the response I received from Mind Reader: Mind Reader Customer Service Hi Robert, I’m so sorry you had a less than perfect experience. We want to get it right 100% of the time. Unfortunately we do not carry spare parts. I would suggest reaching out to Amazon. Again many apologies! My call to Amazon customer service ended with a $5 credit (the hamper cost $30 and is useless to me) offer which I refused VERY POOR SERVICE and the run-around was not appreciated at all. Not up to Amazon's usual standards at all and I will never buy anything from Mind Reader again. ... show more

This a great quality, sturdy little hamper. Obviously when people search for a narrow hamper, they are needing it to fit in a narrow space. So, the dimensions SHOULD be giving for the widest section of the hamper, the top. They are NOT! It’s too big to fit between the wall and washer like I wanted. I am however, gifting this one and purchasing the 40 liter instead. Hopefully it will fit. By the way. The top dimensions of the 60 liter are 14”x18”. I hope this helps! ... show more

I received the merchandise of right color with lid on it but plastic mesh was broken about 3 inch long as shown in picture too late to return as I threw out the packing plastic mesh is also kind of very light see how long it last not buying from this seller again

Bought this for towels to keep them separate from our other laundry, and needed it to breathe. It's perfect, and looks nicer than other woven plastic hampers we have seen. We liked it so well we bought a second one in dark grey to keep in the laundry room for my husband's work clothes, since they can get pretty nasty and this time of year he wears several layers. The description for this item is misleading. It is NOT wicker or rattan. It is entirely plastic. Other than that, it seems fine. It is largish, but still has a pretty slim profile. Seems sturdy. This is exactly what I was looking for and I looked around for quite a while. I got the large size in white. It is plenty large enough and the narrower design allows it to still fit into the spot I had for it. It looks fresh and pretty and has good ventilation, but you can't see through the weave which I appreciate.
