    • Not even close to the wired cruiser
The bike shipped with a defective controller. Was getting power cut-out when activating the throttle. After a brief email battle, the company sent a replacement controller. The bike is good quality however beware: The controller is only 23amps and the motor appears to be about 1000W. Acceleration off the line is so slow you can make a cup of coffee before the thing gets up to speed. Top speed once achieved on flat ground is about 30 mph. Front chain ring is small, so you can only pedal ot about 15-20 mph then it is throttle only... Hill climbing is terrible. Torque is no better than an equivalent 48V ebike. Plan on pedaling very hard up steep hills. Tires are super thin and squirmy. Scary at 30 mph. The bike suffers from speed wobbles, just like the first version of the wired freedom before they beefed up the rear suspension linkage. The display and brake cables are not long enough to modify this bike with BMX handle bars. We assumed and lost on this idea. If you think you are getting a wired freedom at a discount....think again. I feel like this company is using deceptive marketing because the specs that matter are not published. So you asume, and then you find out the hard way. I still think it is a good ebike if you compare it to a 1000W 48V bike in the same category. but now you know... Should have just purchased the wired cruiser and been happy. ... show more

I got this bike last week and have put 65 miles on it so far. The assembly was very straight forward. It took me a little over an hour to put it together talking my time. The quality of the build, fit and finish and paint job on the bike are amazing. I am 6"4" tall and weigh 240 lbs. With one motor, the bike goes 32 mph on flat ground and goes up hills much faster and easier that my 750-watt Rad Rover. With both engines engaged, the bike goes 38 MPH with me on it and is noticeably much quicker and has much more torque than with just one motor engaged. The headlight and break light are quite bright. The hydraulic brakes work great to stop the bike. You can peddle this bike at 25 mph without encountering ghost peddling. This bike feels amazingly stable and predictable to ride at 38 MPH. the rear rack is very sturdy, and I absolutely love that it has cruise control. To be clear, this is a big and heavy beast of a bike, but I believe that is also why it rides so stable and predictably at top speeds. I highly recommend this bike. ... show more

Great bike! Plenty of power and it looks beautiful. The build quality is exceptional. I wasn't sure how I'd like the orange color but I'm glad I went with it. It really looks amazing in person! I'm sure you can find something faster or with a longer range but you'll end up spending a lot more money on it. No regrets with my purchase! I'd write more but I gotta go ride! ... show more

Received mine today and put it together. Am extremely happy with the quality of the components and the fit and finish. I was sceptical because of the price . I was wondering if there was something lacking but there isn't ! I have watched a hundred reviews and my bike i received has all the same stuff, just at a to good to be true price ,but it's legit! I also was having trouble deciding between 20" or 26" tires and the step through I got is 24" so problem solved and replament tire in 24" are also the least expensive. Paint is listed as orange but it to me looks more copper and is metallic much nicer than I expected. The hole bike is better than I expected I highly recommend it at these specs for the price amazing value. ... show more
