    • Basically junk since it only worked for 8 miles
Threw an error code after about 7 or 8 miles of riding, which left me stranded having to walk the bike home three miles (it cut all power to both front and rear motors) Customer service had no fix for this. All they suggested was unplug and plug everything back in which I did, and of course that did nothing to fix the code / problem. Seemed like a nice bike but quickly turned into an expensive 100 lb useless paperweight. After going in a few forums I found out this problem has occurred with quite a few people. So buy at your own risk knowing you may have to go through the trouble of shipping the bicycle back to get a refund. Or just hope it doesn't happen to you after your 30-day refund window has closed. ... show more

So far so good. Bike came well packed. Easy to assemble. Fun to ride and I am enjoying every minute of it. Very powerful E-Bike.

Back wheel crooked. Had to pay someone to fix it and reconnect wires inside bike to make front motor work. That was about $200. I’m still waiting on a replacement headlight that also doesn’t work.
