We recently purchased 2 Philodo Falcon e-bikes, and overall we’re very happy with them. The first step-through model unfortunately arrived with a bent rim from shipping/damage. At first, the original customer service representative we were dealing with was difficult to get responses from, which was frustrating. However, once we expressed concern and mentioned escalating the issue, the case was quickly taken over by another representative who completely turned the experience around. The new representative was responsive, professional, and handled everything quickly. They arranged the return and replacement in a timely manner, and the second bike arrived in excellent condition. We also had a small issue where the replacement bike’s throttle-assisted speed appeared limited to 15 mph. After reaching out, customer service again responded quickly and sent us a simple video tutorial showing how to correct the setting. The fix was easy and took only a couple minutes. At the end of the day, the bikes themselves have been great, and the second customer service representative really made the difference in our overall experience. Love the bike! It is everything I hoped for and more. It is extremely powerful and climbs any hill I have pointed it at. After seeing and riding my Falcon, my son ordered one. The company also backs it product 100%. One of the cables was rubbed during shipment. I emailed Philodo and they responded almost immediately, DURING THE WEEKEND! They had me take pictures and had a replacement on its way by Monday. Now that is service! You can feel confident buying Philodo. I highly recommended them. My grandson purchased a Philodo ebike a couple of years ago and has loved it. Philodo may be a bit more expensive than the knockoffs, but the quality and service are worth the extra few dollars. ... show more

I bought the tall step-over 26 inch Falcon. I'm 5'6" and about 135 lbs. I softened the front preload a bit and reduced the high pressure in the rear air shock. It would not compress at all with my light frame on it in stock form. Now the bike sits a bit lower with me on it and the suspension functions properly with room to travel. It handles much better through a corner and is far less twitchy. You can still lockout the front forks when you want to for a super smooth road. I wear a pair of thick soled combat boots and can almost flat-foot the Falcon now. A much safer ride for me and also very comfortable with both suspensions actually working. I bought a $20 high pressure shock pump from Amazon and it was an easy fix for me to do. You cannot adjust the rear air shock pressure safely or accurately without one. Ride at liberty with the wind under your wings. Escape to the Mountain for some refreshing peace of mind! ... show more

I'm 250lbs using it to commute to work 10mi both ways, more like a 4000w bike. With a 1000w boost when it hits a hill or wind resistant. 47 down hill 41ish up hill. I've put about 100miles on it and couldn't be happier it. It's get 20miles on a full charge at full load constant. Unlocked it still has a slow start. Wish I could fix that even with altering the setting that it says, manual is slightly off on setting depending which controller you get. Some of the settings are different. But it moves good feels good and doesn't leave anything on the table after 3-8mph. Hopping the front wheel which wines is still usable after a couple hundred miles ... show more
