It is a good quality Norelco as expected. Well built, sturdy and strong motor. But good grief - the dial where you change the length is exactly where my thumb wants to rest when I am holding this...and it moves the setting constantly. I have had this several weeks now and I am getting use to holding it far closer to the blades, but what a miss on user testing - I cannot imagine I am the only person who wants to hold this by the handle and not all the way forward.
