First off, the good. I'm pretty amazed at the close shave this gives. This gets as close as a razor with no razor burn, even if used dry. The body is slim and nimble and much better than previous bulky versions. The attachments are nice for beards, but they're woefully deficient when it comes to other body hair. I consider this a face-only product as it will not completely replace larger clippers. The Bluetooth? Well, I still am not sure why anyone would need bluetooth on a clipper / razor. I haven't used it at all and would prefer a model without. ... show more

I've been using the Norelco OneBlade for almost 5 years now. This model, makes my 3rd one. The first lasted for 4 years (basic model). The 2nd one (later model with adjustable beard guard) I broke while backpacking. Through proper use and care, I've never had blade tips break or anything. I don't use it like a speed trimmer or anything like that. I take care of the equipment, brushing, and a spray of oil every now and then. I've had a single blade last me almost a year & a half (trimming once a week). It's a great trimming tool. It shaves pretty close too. Not as close as my Henson Razor, but it's a handy primary trimmer. Love the oneblade system. Battery isn't something to brag about, but I can get a good trim a few times before needing to charge or 2 good shaves. I'm hoping this model will be as great as the first model. ... show more

I wanted to like this so much as it would cut down on having to carry separate hair, clippers, and a beard trimmer when I travel. Let me start with the pros, the versatility and closeness of the shave are very good. I found Without any attachments that I can get a smooth skin trim on my neck. The fact that you can, potentially, use this to keep a nice short short while also supporting a beard makes for The potential for one device to travel with. And the fact that it’s rechargeable means you never have to worry about running out of a battery. Speaking of the battery, when I receive mine, it was nearly dead and with 10 minutes charge I was able to put it through a decent test And go through my beard trimming and hair cutting routine The cons: First of all, who makes a product these days that isn’t rechargeable via USB-C. Secondly, the most important one for me is that none of the attachments stayed on during use. The way that they press on anytime you hit a curve on your face or your head the attachments pop off, resulting in an inconsistence and quite honestly frightening, unless you want a perfectly clean cut. I personally like to leave about a 16th of an inch on my head when I shave it. Additionally, the adjustable guide did not seem to fit onto the one blade at all. And the mechanism that supposed to hold the one blade onto the trimmer, body, did not do so very well. I could easily pull it off without sliding the release mechanism. ... show more

I'm not a fan of electric razors or shaving with razors. This is a great in between. It doesn't have the heat buildup that electric razors have that really irritates my face. It also doesn't give that baby smooth you get from a razor. The shave is acceptably close though. Worth the money if you ask me ... show more
