This baseball net is easy to install once you figure out where to put it. You can use this and another net to enclose a V-shaped area to block foul balls from going in the neighbor's yard or just use it to hit straight in to with someone tossing the ball from the side. It comes with stakes to hold the bottom edge down. It seems to be well made since after almost a month of use, it is still holding up. It handles rain and bright sun without a problem. I noticed in the photos, some other reviewers are using it for other purposes like letting vines grow on it. So there is a lot of functionality here if you are not using it for baseball.

This net is being used to separate part of the garage for kids to play without worrying about them breaking a window or damaging a car. It is sturdy enough that it'll take baseballs and pretty much any toy being thrown at it without breaking. The packaging is pretty minimal and you should be careful taking it out so it doesn't get tangled, but otherwise, this is a fairly cheap solution for a kids play net.

Too many knocks on my door and balls in my yard I had enough. It works great to not only keep my door from being knocked on but also protects my yard, cars, plants, etc from errant balls carelessly being tossed, kicked, thrown in my yard. It is strong enough for the balls it is slowing and let bounce back in their yard so they can see what it is like to have a ball fly in their yard. Not long after I put this up I noticed less ball bouncing/kicking/hitting against my fence and their shed.

This 10 ft by 10 ft baseball backstop net is exactly as advertised—durable, tightly woven, and able to withstand higher-velocity impacts. While it’s intended for baseballs and softballs, I actually bought it to solve a different problem: springtime birds attacking their reflections in my reflective window tint. After putting this up across the deck, it immediately solved the issue. The birds stopped flying into the glass, and I was no longer dealing with the constant thuds of confused avian suitors. Once mating season was over, I packed it away easily and plan to bring it back out next year. The nylon material feels strong and long-lasting. I could also see this being useful as replacement netting for soccer goals or similar outdoor gear. We have a couple of goals our son plays with, and I’ll likely use this to repair them if needed.

We got this net for our 15-year-old son who’s super into volleyball, and it has been a total game-changer for backyard practice. Even though it’s technically a baseball backstop, it works perfectly for volleyball too. We attached it across a tension rope using carabiners, and it slides effortlessly like a curtain when we need to move it—super convenient! The net keeps everything contained so we’re not constantly chasing stray balls into the neighbor’s yard (or worse, over the fence into the woods). It seriously saves so much time and frustration. The quality is great too—very sturdy and seems like it will hold up to lots of hard hits. Though this isn’t my favorite thickness of net, it has proven every bit is strong, as I have hoped it would be. It is certain to stop a baseball or any other ball larger than a golf ball, though I can’t say whether it would stop a golf ball or not based on the size of the holes. So as long as you’re good with the hole size, I recommend this net!

Finally set this up and I didn’t need to use the rope that was included. I might later but for now we just used carabiners. Super excited to get it but had to set it up in a different location and needed help doing that. I used an old A frame metal swing set to hold it up and it fit perfectly. Netting is strong. I’m confident it’ll hold up to our serving practice. One thing that would’ve been useful is if the corners had been marked. We laid it out to find them and marked them which was useful in setting this up. I love this net. Great size and great value, too!
