    • Great Look and Battery Life, but Disappointing Performance
I recently purchased this razor with high hopes due to its promising features. While the appearance of the razor is indeed fantastic and the battery life impressive, I'm disappointed to report that its performance fell far short of my expectations. One of my primary reasons for purchasing this razor was its claim of being effective on coarse beard hair. However, I found that the razor's power was lacking, leading to constant tugging and pulling of my hair during shaving. This not only resulted in a painful experience but also left my skin irritated and red. The razors, despite their advertised quality, seemed unable to handle the toughness of my beard hair without causing discomfort. On the positive side, I must commend the sleek and attractive design of the razor. It looks great and exudes a sense of modernity and sophistication. The battery life is also impressive, as I found that it lasted through multiple uses without needing a recharge. I was impressed with the look of the kit. I much admit that I am a fan of the Victorian look, and it doesn't look like a cheap imitation. The finish is very nice. The mechanics seem to be well designed. The real test is how does it cut. It has the right amount of weight and feels good in the hand. Both razor and trimmer are well made.     • Seemed great - at first.. disappointment with half the product
Just received this item recently. Seemed like a great item of value, and I tried both products. The shaver with their guard pieces are fantastic, and snap in pretty tight, but it works great (thus far). The second one however, was used once.. died within 20 minutes, and now won’t charge - even with the plugins that were sent with it. It won’t even power on, or show any type of residual “juice”, so to speak, left within it. All I have is a is blank screen that won’t illuminate, and leaves nothing to explain how to fix. I do appliance repair, so I have a decent understanding of working with electronic malfunctions, but it seems to me that I got a lemon. So there’s my feedback - could I justify spending the money on this product? No - the buzzer alone is not worth the money required. I managed to get the discounted coupon, but if this is an issue for other individuals as well, then i’d recommend customers stray away from purchasing. If the company could reach out to me and have a way to remedy this situation, then I can certainly change my feedback. As it stands though, i’m severely underwhelmed and annoyed. ... show more
