Very nice lock, it works great and it is very friendly to use. I installed it fairly easy as the instructions are pretty straight forward. It allows you to have different codes and provide temporary codes to others if you are not home and they might need to get in the place you installed it. It locks very well and allows you to automatically close the lock after 30 seconds if you want to (I do because of my kids). Overall, a great price for a very high-quality product.

The media could not be loaded. I always knew that Phillips was very underrated either purposely or not. I’ve always trusted Phillips products from TVs to razors and now smart door locks. I read the reviews and as usual, There were people complaining People complaining about responsiveness, performance and noise. I put a video for you to see just that the noise is very pleasant for me and there is a configuration to remove the sound and turn it into quiet mode so that’s checked! As for the responsiveness it all depends on your fingers, If you’re hand is generally slippery or you wash it with soap more than needed, then Maybe, but I havent experienced any problems with the keypad or the Fingerprint sensor. This is a very sturdy and elegant looking Smart door lock. The installation was very easy, I just wish they made it clear on removing the spacer if your door hole is 34 mm because with the spacers on it won’t fit unless your door is 54 or 60 mm then you won’t have a problem. It is explained in the manual, follow the manual not the videos because the videos are of other Products. This is much better than the overseas products out there, I bought it because I did not want wi-Fi features ( Wi-Fi lock/unlock) but I did want one time codes which this product provides. The installation and the code set up was very easy. The app works great, and I tried the one time passcodes and it worked successfully.(It didn’t allow me to open the door twice with the same code). The only thing I wish this Product had, the Entry log. Overall, I’m very satisfied with My purchase!! Phillips need better PR, Like for real!!

The media could not be loaded. Bought this lock for my parents' home and not only has it been working beautifully for the past months, but more importantly my parents absolutely love it! The fingerprint reader is amazing and makes their lives so much easier rather than fumble through keys and be worried about being locked out. The auto lock, entry code, and discreet backup manual key mode are wonderful extras. The lock is sleek and very modern and every guest to their home has commented how it is so impressive - in addition to the really helpful voice commands. Probably the BEST part of this lock (outside of the fingerprint reader) is the ultra-long duration of the batteries despite the heavy digital features - in contrast to our previous lock (Kwikset Halo touchscreen) that required battery changes every 6 weeks! The Philips brand name holds up to its reputation - do not go for one of the cheaper knockoffs for a foreign made lock, especially if you are concerned about reliability, durability, and security. Best front door entry lock hands down!

My previous smart lock was from a Chinese company and served me well after five years. I wanted to switch to a different lock and Amazon had this unit during a flash sale. The lock arrived new in the box. Instructions were straightforward and all the necessary hardware was included. The included template for drilling holes into the door was clear, but I didn't need it for my installation. After getting the lock installed, I was able to set up the lock for my PIN codes and fingerprints. The touch panel and fingerprint sensor are very responsive and the voice guided prompts are clear. Actuating the deadbolt was smooth and complete. I also paired the lock to the Philips app on my phone using the QR codes specific to my lock. While the app was successful in connecting to the lock, it only allows setting a one time access code. Suggested improvements to the app (which my former smart lock supported) are: - Allow the lock to be locked and unlocked remotely from the app - allow integration with Amazon Alexa or other smart hubs - allow configuration of separate family members with unique fingerprints and PINs Apparently, these features are available with the higher-series of Philips smart lock.

The media could not be loaded. Installation is super easy. Read directions and watch the video before installing first. Will probably fit any US main doors. Just swap the old deadbolt lock with this. No need to drill another hole if you already have deadbolt in placed. Don’t forget to adjust the deadbolt latch, it maybe shortens or lengthens. Lock functionality is superb. We don’t use key to unlock the front door anymore. You can unlock using the keypad by punching in your pin or by using finger prints. It also comes with a key. There is a key slot just in case your battery is flat. Also secured because it is not connected to wifi (Cannot be hacked). It will auto lock after opening. Duration before automatic locking can be adjusted base on your preference (in seconds) It is affordable. Would highly recommend this product. Battery life remains to be determined as I have just installed it. Design of this lock will definitely modernize your front door.

My first 6 months with the lock were very pleasant. installation and functionality were great. yes, the fingerprint reader wasn't the greatest, but worked like 60% of the time, and i almost always just used a personal code. Around the winter time, the panel started becoming completely unresponsive. it's like the lock "crashed". once i pulled the batteries and put them back in, it came back up working normally. it slowly started happening more and more often. i thought it was due the cold (around 10-20 degrees F). but even when spring came back around it kept failing. i tried replacing the batteries, resetting the device. i reached out to support, who were responsive, and they sent me a new one. i installed it, and but within 2 days it happened again. i'm way past my amazon return period, so i have to hope the support people can do something. DON'T BUY THIS LOCK. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
