My husband and I have been using this every day for a week now. Before, we just weren't happy with how our coffee was tasting so we got this espresso machine. It's simple to use, does not come with a manual but we looked it up online. Im actually enjoying my cup of coffee now whereas before, I'd drink maybe half of the cup and be done. We dont care about fancy coffee drinks so this is perfect for us! I really wanted a machine that would grind the coffee beans and dispense them automatically and this does just what I wanted! Big mistake. The second I opened the box, I was genuinely shocked. This machine feels almost entirely made of cheap plastic. Not “lightweight premium”—just straight-up cheap. For what this costs, it’s actually kind of embarrassing. And the buttons? Seriously? It feels like I just unboxed something from 2006. In 2026, I expected a modern interface—not clunky, outdated controls that make the whole thing feel old before I’ve even used it. This isn’t the seller’s fault—it’s 100% on the manufacturer—but wow, what a letdown. I was so turned off by the build quality that I’m debating just putting everything back in the box and returning it without even finishing the setup. Overall for a first time Espresso machine this is a great machine so far. I reserve the right to change this opinion as time goes on. The pros are it grinds, distributing, tamping, and pouring it automagically. You can make an espresso shot or a lunago. It takes away the guess work for anyone wanting an espresso without to much of the overhead of $500-$1000 machine. The cons are its shakes a bit which will move the cup (no spills happen because of this). There are times when pushing over the portafilter it won't move (like its stuck). I don't force it, but it can be a pain as it can take a half a dozen retries to get to move over. ... show more
