I love this! Beautiful patio furniture. Well made. Only issue is that the propane holder screw holes didn't match on the fire pit table. Came with a bar to hold the propane tank in place. And didn't make any since for its use. Also directions had a side note as to how to Install but did not show in the pictures like the other parts. Over all beautiful 😍

After viewing countless sets of patio furniture and fake YouTube reviews of various brands made by people who don’t even own the furniture, I was more confused than when I started my research into patio furniture. The Internet is filled with fraudulent reviews and misleading ads so I thought I would write a review on this set that I consider honest. I chose this set specifically because it was one of the few that was constructed of steel and not aluminum. The set arrived in four boxes from FedEx and one box from USPS. I verified the boxes before I signed, and there was only one tear in one box which did not seem to affect anything inside so I can verify that the product is well packed with no noticeable box rash on the painted surfaces. The fire table comes in one box. Each couch comes in one box each. Both chairs are packed into one box along with their respective cushions. All of the covers were packed in their own separate box and came through the post office. Each box included its own set of instructions and we’re very easy to follow. All the hardware labeled in its packaging and each set came with its own tool and extra hardware, although I would recommend using your own tools for easier and quicker installation. The steel used is not the heaviest steel I’ve ever seen, but it is not the weakest either. Part of the reason why I chose this set was that it can hold more weight than most of the other sets I researched. Most of the sets in this price range top out at 250 pound weight limit where this one had a 350 pound weight limit I’m assuming because of the steel construction. I Ispent about five hours within two days, 10 hours total building the furniture, which can mostly be done by one person except for the couch which would be a little easier with two people during assembly. I did not notice any wear or tear on the painted surfaces of the metal as I did and some other brands where consumer complaints showed damaged from shipping. All the pieces went together fairly well. The welds are not perfect, but they were thorough in my experience, having welded thin metal before. I’ve seen some really bad welds that were destined to fail on other cheap furniture I had purchased that was produced im China. This was not the case here. I can attest that all of the holes lined up correctly, and there was only a bit of adjustment that had to be made aligning the top of the back rest to the couch, which is why you want to only set your hardware hand tight until everything lines up. The table is extremely stout. It is one of the heavier pieces in the set. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that The red covers were more of a brick red than a bright red as it matches the accents on our house much closer. The wicker material in the set I am sure is not real wicker and is probably made of some sort of plastic polyethylene material, which I am fine with as an accent on this set more so then full construction as in other sets I’ve seen. There was one broken piece of wicker wrapped around the bottom leg of one of the couches. I didn’t see a sharp edge on the metal that might have cut the wicker strip, but rather than shipping the entire piece back for one small defect I decided to use E 6000 glue and a zip tie to hold it together from unraveling. This is the only defect I found in the entire set, which is oddly a pleasant surprise. The seat cushions are quite firm. I actually prefer firm as opposed to soft when it comes to the cushions for the seating area as they will wear better unlike some foam cushions I’ve purchased before that tend to break down quickly. All the cushions were compressed in vacuum plastic so I’m assuming they will expand a little bit more as they start to break in. Finally, I cut a lot of the strings hanging off of the covers during the sewing process as to not create runners in the material. This set does not include covers for the furniture so you will have to provide something if you do not want constant sun, exposure or moisture if the set is not under a patio covering. The morning after I assembled the furniture and having used the fire table, we had a lot of condensation collect on the ceiling of our metal patio cover so there was some water droplets on the seat covers which appear to be somewhat water resistant, most likely not waterproof, but it was easy to dry them up with a towel. The back rest is high enough to be comfortable leaning back and the seats sit you at a height that is easy to get up from if you an older person that may have difficulty getting out of low seated furniture. My initial thoughts are that that is well worth the money as compared to all the other brands and styles I’ve seen. I sort of took my chance buying furniture sight unseen but in this instance, we made a good decision.

The seats came packed well and no damage. I really like the design, it’s a combination of iron frame and rattan. So the seat is kind of heavy and sturdy. That’s exactly what I’m looking for as we got a lot windy days in the area. I also love the curvy handle, it’s very stylish and much more safer. The seats are deep and roomy and the cushions are very thick and supportive. Cushion covers are removable and waterproof, very easy to clean, I just wipe them with a rag. The installation is not hard, it’s just a little bit heavy to move things around for me. My family loves these seats too. I am very satisfied with the purchase!
