The quality of these at the price I guess are what's expected. The steel legs come full of sand or media from when they media blast the product before paint. It rattles around in the chair like maracas and it spills on the floor when tilted. The holes for bolts are jagged and crude, and it doesn't go together very well. Causing the bolts to strip. I would recommend to do lot of research before you buy from this seller. Lower than it says and once I requested to return Seller responded that it can give me only 1 cent back. Amazon another seller sells this for $95 which I found today. This was more expensive and wouldnt' even respond back to my emails. I got stuck with the items I do not like.
