My first impression when taking the items out of the 3 boxes was being struck by the weight and quality of each component. super sturdy and everything went together nicely - The directions are straight forward but then again it's pretty intuitive. I'll admit I was too excited for spring and after getting everything together the snow still hadn't melted so I had a dining set sitting in my basement ready to go. After finally getting some nice weather I was able to get the dining set out on the deck and the family enjoyed our little afternoon snack very much. The cushions are comfortable and Velcro securely to the back of the chairs. I anticipate we'll get a lot of use this summer out of this set and based on how sturdy everything seems, probably many more years of use.

Customer service worked with me to replace table to my satisfaction. Really love my patio set. The chairs require assembling so follow the instructions step by step. For instance do not tighten the screws before they are all in or you may have to loosen up again. Save yourself the pain. Once you assemble the first one the rest will come easier. Take the time to assemble them and you’ll love your set.
