Love the set , material thick and looks great, looks beautiful on our patio and deck. Better communication about numerous deliveries would have been helpful, although customer service when we reached out answered our questions quickly. Only issue with actual product, was that top of fire pit does not fit in opening-awaiting resolution from company.

Love how sturdy the chairs and couch feel. No one in our family is small but the chairs and couch all sit nicely. Love how deep they are. The table is beautiful. We are so excited to have a fire table that didn’t cost an arm and a leg on its own. We also like that the cushions and covers come apart so it’s easy to clean the cushions when needed. Having built lots of ikea furniture in the past we didn’t have any issues building these pieces! The only negative was that it is hard to track the shipments as Amazon will show “delivered” after the first group was delivered but we were still waiting on a couple more chairs. A week after our first shipment, two chairs still hadn’t arrived. I reached out to the company and they were quick to respond and send me a new tracking number for the two chairs.

Excellent. Easy to assemble. Very sturdy. Cushions are thick and comfortable. Chairs are extremely wide. I purchased the matching end tables which completes the set. Had to buy a large storage box for the cushions when not in use.

In fairness… we ordered the 5 piece with fire coffee table. We’re still putting ours together, but, off the bat we’re missing both chairs and the cushions for those chairs. The covers for the cushions arrived separately. At least one of the covers has a problem with the stitching. Not sure where the quality control is with what’s being shipped or produced, I’ve sent a message to the seller. We’ll see how long it takes them to respond.

Set still looks great, holding up well in the desert sun. Cushions are still firm and supportive. I do bring them under cover when it rains. A tad cumbersome to put together as most boxed furniture is. Looked at a number of sets, hard to beat this one based on price and quality. reached out to support via email and they promptly replied.
