Better communication about numerous deliveries would have been helpful, although customer service when we reached out answered our questions quickly. Only issue with actual product, was that top of fire pit does not fit in opening-awaiting resolution from company.

Excellent. Easy to assemble. Very sturdy. Cushions are thick and comfortable. Chairs are extremely wide. I purchased the matching end tables which completes the set. Had to buy a large storage box for the cushions when not in use.

The assembly on the couch - make sure you have an extra set of hands. Also, the way the bottom connects to the legs, I recommend going to the hardware store, pick yourself up four 3 inch bolts and nuts, and use those. The couch simple screws into the two decorative pieces on the side. The screws are not long enough to give a good solid safe feel to it. After the washers and pushing the screws provided all the way through, you are left with very little to screw into the decorative piece. If looks is all you are going for, my all means, use the screws provided. The cushions are spot on for thickness and its comfy to sit on. Will update if issue(s) are found with the two glider chairs and the coffee table.

My husband and I purchased the 7 seat set. It was very easy to put together. The cushions are very thick. The only thing that we don't like is that the back cushions, don't attach to the furniture. Other than that it is GREAT. Very sturdy, We would highly recommend.

I searched and searched in store and could not find any patio furniture that was comfortable. I was very hesitant to order online but very happy with my purchase. I am 5'9" and these are large comfortable chairs and sofa. Don't have a heart attack when you see the cushions are vacuumed seal like I did. They puff up well and are good quality. My husband was a good sport putting it all together with me. Tooks some time but instructions and pieces are consistent making it easy to build.

Love how sturdy the chairs and couch feel. No one in our family is small but the chairs and couch all sit nicely. Love how deep they are. The table is beautiful. We are so excited to have a fire table that didn’t cost an arm and a leg on its own. We also like that the cushions and covers come apart so it’s easy to clean the cushions when needed. Having built lots of ikea furniture in the past we didn’t have any issues building these pieces! The only negative was that it is hard to track the shipments as Amazon will show “delivered” after the first group was delivered but we were still waiting on a couple more chairs. A week after our first shipment, two chairs still hadn’t arrived. I reached out to the company and they were quick to respond and send me a new tracking number for the two chairs.
