The media could not be loaded. Having the set for a while ago, pretty satisfied with the quality after few months after. The shipment arrived pretty quickly in four boxes in few days. The instructions are easy to understand, however, it took my husband and I about 3.5 hours to assemble all parts together, it wasn’t difficult, but it was very time consuming. Definitely have your own tools to assemble, as tools provided will take much longer. Looks exactly like the pictures online. The structure is pretty good and sturdy. I love the cushions, they are so cozy and comfortable. The table is great bonus to the set. Great quality and easy to clean. Overall, it's a great set for investment, the quality is awesome. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family. We are very happy with this set.

My husband and I purchased the 7 seat set. It was very easy to put together. The cushions are very thick. The only thing that we don't like is that the back cushions, don't attach to the furniture. Other than that it is GREAT. Very sturdy, We would highly recommend.

This was a pain to assemble, but overall, the quality seems pretty good. Instructions not very clear and parts not clearly marked, but once assembled, it seems sturdy and comfortable.

Not all the metal pieces fit together because one screw hole is off. Thus no acres holding that spot. The backs of the metal are not full. When it rains a puddle remains on the arm pieces. The fabric has several threads loose or need cutting. The cushions aren’t comfortable. Looks very nice though. Once put together the furniture can be moved around. I wish I had gone to Lowe’s & bought a set there instead! I regret this purchase. Not happy.

This deck set has been one of our best purchases ever! The furniture is strong and well built. We opted for the peacock blue cushions. The cushions are thick and very comfortable. The back cushions are equally as comfortable. Water beads and wipes off easily. I highly recommend this set.

I searched and searched in store and could not find any patio furniture that was comfortable. I was very hesitant to order online but very happy with my purchase. I am 5'9" and these are large comfortable chairs and sofa. Don't have a heart attack when you see the cushions are vacuumed seal like I did. They puff up well and are good quality. My husband was a good sport putting it all together with me. Tooks some time but instructions and pieces are consistent making it easy to build.

Pleasantly surprised at the high quality of each piece. Instructions were pretty straightforward; however, some issue understanding which way pieces went as diagram is not large enough to see the fine detail. Each chair, ottoman and couch is sturdy. The cushions are very thick and although firm, are comfortable. The cushion covers are very well made with cording and zippers that cover the cushion well for a neat appearance. Highly recommend.

I love the furniture but hate that it took so long to get all the pieces delivered. They all came in different shipments. The last piece we got was the couch and they had two duplicate pieces and was missing a piece. So it’s been another week of waiting. No urgency to get us the part, no apology, no communication from them except that they told us be patient. All we want to know is when it will ship, the tracking number and when it will arrive. They’ve not responded. Love the product but hate the wait time and the customer service. Update: Instead of sending us the part we needed, they sent us a whole new couch. The process took awhile but was worth the wait. They took care of us and we are a satisfied customer. Very happy with the quality of their product.
