The blanket is what I was looking for... It's really soft, comfortable and ready to use (anywhere). After opening it and spreading it out - there wasn't any synthetic smells to it at all. After inspecting it, I can say that it's well made (no tears or tag ends). The blanket isn't too light or too heavy. I needed it to go over my bedspread for the coming winter. After using it for that reason for about a week, I can say that it's exactly what I needed. It will keep you warm throughout the night and without overheating your body. This blanket is the softest, warmest blanket to cuddle with that I use on my bed. I love it because I searched for a soft blanket that would be warm but not so bulky. So this Sherpa blanket is my favorite blanket.

The size it as described and it is VERY soft and comfortable. It was the heaviest weight I could find in the Sherpa style, but with a sheet it is not warm enough (for me) at 50F. But don't get me wrong the it is good quality.
