This pet carrier works great. Even though it is made of fabric and mesh, it is very rigid and sturdy. I used it to take my cat to the vet, and it was very good because there was good airflow plus my cat could look out. It’s a very good size, and it comes with both straps for hanging it off your shoulder, as well as holding it in your hand. There is also a little clip inside the carrier that is used if you want to clip your pets collar in there so that they can’t run away when you open it. But I didn’t end up using that on my cat. I really like the way the zippers on the top are connected so it’s super fast and easy to zip up both sides of the top closure, plus there is a little Velcro at the end. It really makes it fast and easy to secure the carrier. There is also the zipper front entrance, as well as two little pockets on the back of it that are nice for carrying any supplies for your pet. Excellent light weight carrier.

I didn't get the advertised dimensions. It is off by one inch all around, but I think we can make it work. I have 2 cats and this one is for my big boy. He has to see what is going on around him, so it's always a good thing to have visibility on front and sides. The back of the carrier is not mesh, but has 2 mesh pockets for your pet's snack. I was able to fit a water bottle inside one of them. I like the option to use the shoulder strap, or carry by the handle. There is also a strap for you to attach to your rolling luggage. There is a zippered flap in the front for entry/exit, and you also have easy access to your cat from the top. A removable and washable fleece padding is on the bottom. There is a clip inside that attaches to your pet's harness so they don't dart out of the carrier. My big boy sat on top and the carrier didn't collapse! So it is sturdy. Both of my cats took turns exploring and made themselves right at home inside the carrier.

This is nothing fancy, but it's a solid investment if you have a small pet. The netting is nice and sturdy, the base is sturdy, and the straps are sturdy. The interior base is removeable, which is really nice for cleaning purposes to remove excess fur. I'm not sure that I'd feel comfortable throwing it in the washer, but that's okay. The top loading option is also nice for stubborn pets that don't enjoy being put inside the carrier. I will say, this is a huge size and could easily fit my two small cats. Heck, it could even fit my husband's 15 lb male cat with room for him to move around and get comfy, probably even stand upright in. So you'll have no issue fitting small dogs in there, for sure. A great carrier for your fluffy family members.

The 20+ lb bag (medium to large cats) is more than big enough for our small dwarf hotot rabbit, who is the size of a small cat. The bag feels like it’s made of pretty durable nylon. The front door has a good medium-size zipper that zips and unzips easily, and the top door is a nice feature, although I haven’t used it out of fear that our rabbit will jump out. The furry floor of the bag is so nice that our rabbit will just hang out in the bag instead of her cage or hutch!

This is a smaller size bag, but I was aware of this when I ordered it. Be sure you look at the various sizes before ordering. May be helpful to compare the measurements to a large shipping box so you have an accurate perspective of the size in comparison to your needs. Online title/description says cat carrier. However, this could be used with cats, dogs and even other small animals including birds. Depending on the size/weight of your pet, your strength and how far / how long you will have to carry the bag it may be better to have a bag with wheels. This bag does not have wheels. Typical quality bag for a typical price.

My 12 pound Minature Schnauzer Pushes and paws on the zipper enclouser and even though I have the Velcro in place she opens it and escapes. I did not have a chance and to use it often enough to know that it was not a one time occurance. It happens every time no matter how I try to secure it. I have missed the return deadline And am very disappointed in the product.

We have a rabbit and three cats, none of whom end up traveling terribly often and so we don't need anything terribly fancy. This is perfect. The carrier is comfortable to carry as a shoulder bag, or with the hand straps. The animals all seemed to be comfortable inside. The top opening is really easy to use to place the animal inside, and we love having the velcro on the end... we can fasten that down and then zip the opening up, and not have to worry about an escape! You cannot get into the side opening if you have the bag on your shoulder, as the strap is in the way. That's easy enough to get used to. This is not something that will get a lot of use in our home, but it is really nice to have it there when we do need it.
