I was a bad buyer and purchased the size my dog typically wears without measuring his neck. When it came in, it was a bit too big. For reference, my dog is a 15 lb bichon mix and I ordered a small originally. Since this is a customized product I didn’t know if it would be exchanged but reached out to the seller to ask anyways. She had no problem sending me an XS collar free of charge even though she couldn’t accept the original collar back. She was prompt in her replies and very friendly. This fits my dog great (we did measure her neck to make sure to order the right size) and the style and engraving look lovely. My kids say she looks like a “professional dog” now. She has been wearing it for about 2 months and there are no signs of wear. It seems very well-constructed.

I love this collar, the sizing is accurate and fits my dog well. The font and words is what I asked for; however, the metal is very cheap. On the plus side, it can bend easily for your dogs neck. This collar hasn’t failed me once.

I ordered this collar for one of our recently rescued dogs that has a tendency to try and escape. The product got lost during shipping and I messaged the seller regarding it not being delivered, the seller replied immediately and offered a replacement. She remade the collar over again, customized and all, and sent it out again through a different shipping facility with no hesitation. This collar definitely is exactly what I expected, if not better. The quality is amazing and the engraved tag is perfect. Of course I scribbled out some of my number so I could post on here, don’t confuse the amateur scribbles with a mess up haha! I have a lab so he likes the water and swims while out on hunts sometimes. The leash rings have both came off, and now the name plate attachment is coming off. We’ve had it about 4 months. I guess it’s not waterproof but it has only been wet a handful of times.
