I used it 1st time since it was delivered yesterday. It heats amazingly. Goes to P9, I used P7 and I was super sweaty. Chair is comfy, the size of sauna is good and comfortable size, the hood helps aswell, zipper is a bit flimsy but need to work gently with it. Has a nice shape and size, easy to clean, seem steardy. Quality is great. Value for the price is great.

Gather ‘round while I tell you a story of a love that almost ended too soon! First, I do absolutely love this little sauna! It’s surprisingly roomy inside while still being small enough to set up in a corner without taking over the entire room. Setup was really easy, and it steamed up fast, about 6 or 7 minutes on level 9. After it started steaming up, I turned it down to a 5 so I wouldn’t literally scorch myself. The folding chair deserves its own paragraph because this thing is COMICALLY small. When I first saw it, I wasn’t even sure my head would reach the opening at the top of the tent. I’m 5’7", and somehow, to my surprise, it was actually the perfect height! The bad news is that the chair is VERY uncomfortable if you have a big butt and thighs 🤭. The edges of the seat dug into my chub and left temporary dents in my skin. I eventually found a way to make it work, but I definitely wouldn’t call the chair luxurious. One quick detail- it has a little zippered spot at the top that can be opened for your hands to pop through so you are able to play with your phone, read a book… or eat a burger.. whatever you want really! (Ok now I’m understanding why the chair was maybe a bit too small for my big booty! 😆) Also, be careful with the steamer! It gets HOT—hot enough that you really can’t safely reach down and adjust it once you’re sitting inside the tent. I initially thought putting it directly under the chair would be a smart way to distribute the steam evenly. Turns out it was a great way to make my bum feel like it was being slow-roasted🔥 Afterwards, you do need to wipe everything down and leave the equipment out to dry before packing it away. That’s not really a complaint because it makes sense with all the moisture involved, but it is an extra step to keep in mind. Now for the one thing that nearly ended my marriage: COLLAPSING THE TENT. 😂 Setting it up was easy. Taking it down? Absolutely not. I strained muscles I didn’t know I had trying to follow the vague instructions that came with it, and then my husband and I watched general tutorials for similar pop-up saunas online. Nothing helped. In the end, my husband and I basically wrestled the thing into a reasonably circular shape and held it down with all our might while shoving it back into the storage bag. Despite all of that, I’m still giving it 5 stars because the actual sauna experience is fantastic. It heats up quickly, fits easily into a small space, and is surprisingly roomy once you’re inside. Just be prepared for a tiny chair, a VERY hot steamer, some drying time, and an epic battle when it’s time to put the tent away!!

This portable sauna is a great option for anyone who likes the relaxing experience of a steam sauna but doesn't have the space or budget for a permanent setup. At 32" x 26" x 36", it's compact enough for home use, and the portable design makes it much more practical when space is limited. The 1200W steam generator heats things up nicely, and I really appreciate having nine different levels instead of just a basic on/off setting. It makes it easier to find a comfortable amount of steam depending on how long you plan to sit inside. The 99-minute timer is generous as well, although it's nice being able to choose a shorter session when that's all you want. The remote control is surprisingly useful because you can make adjustments without having to interrupt your session. Including a folding chair is another nice touch and means you have what you need to get started without having to find seating that will fit inside. I also like that your head remains outside the enclosure. It makes the experience feel less confined while still allowing your body to enjoy the warmth and steam. When you're finished, the portable setup is much easier to deal with than dedicating permanent space to a traditional sauna. Overall, this is a clever option for bringing the steam-sauna experience home in a relatively compact package. The adjustable steam levels, timer, remote, and included chair make it feel well thought out and user-friendly.

Best for people who want a comfortable home sauna experience without installing a permanent sauna. One Thing to Know Before Buying Plan for enough floor space during use and a place for the enclosure to dry afterward. Build Quality I noticed no build problems during setup or normal use. The enclosure and included parts worked together without making assembly difficult. Everything felt suitable for repeated home sessions. This matters because portable equipment still needs to feel dependable once heat and steam enter the picture. Ease of Use What stood out to me was the setup. I found the process quick and simple. I put the sauna together without turning the room into a construction site. The portable design also made storage easier once I finished. This matters for buyers who do not want a large sauna taking up permanent space. Comfort I found the sauna comfortable and relaxing. The enclosed space gave me room to settle in and enjoy the session without feeling distracted by the setup. Comfort matters because a sauna loses its purpose when the seating or interior feels awkward. Portability The portable format is one of its strongest features. I enjoyed having a home sauna option without dedicating an entire room to it. Moving and storing it felt more practical than dealing with a fixed unit. Value for the Money I found the MUTAMA portable sauna offers good value. Permanent sauna installations require more space, planning, and commitment. Recurring spa visits also add up over time. This model gives buyers a simpler home option with quick setup and comfortable use. It represents good value for someone who expects to use it regularly. I would buy it again. The setup was quick, the portable design worked well in my space, and the sessions felt comfortable and relaxing. That’s my take. Use it well.

I’m really impressed with this portable sauna, especially for the price. The setup is simple, it heats up quickly, and the 1200W steam generator has a 2L capacity, 9 heat levels, a timer up to 99 minutes, remote control, auto shut-off, and overheat protection. The sauna itself measures approximately 32” × 26” × 36”, so it doesn’t take up a huge amount of space. It also comes with the folding chair, which is convenient, although the chair is definitely on the small side. For reference, I’m 5’1” and around 110 lbs, so it works perfectly fine for me. However, someone much taller or larger may not find it as comfortable. I also just barely reach the neck closure comfortably at my height, so I’m not sure how well this design would work for someone around 6 feet tall. My biggest complaint is folding the sauna back up. It is almost impossible! I still haven’t managed to fold it small enough to get it back into the carrying case. So while technically portable, I wouldn’t buy it expecting to constantly set it up, pack it away, and travel with it. That said, as an at home sauna that you can mostly leave set up, it’s an excellent value and works surprisingly well. I’m very happy with it overall. Can also be used a a doggie tent… mine seems to think it’s his whenever I take it out. Just kidding… don’t put them in there! He just likes to be nosey!

wanted to give this portable steam sauna a sufficient try before writing my review, and after using it consistently, I can confidently say it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made for my wellness routine! Here are a few reasons why it easily gets 5 stars: Quick Setup & Compact Size: The pop-up design is fantastic. It takes just a few minutes to set up with no tools required, and the 32" x 26" x 36" footprint fits perfectly in small spaces without feeling crammed. Heats Up Fast: The 1200W generator gets this box steamy in about 10–15 minutes. The 5-layer insulated fabric does an amazing job holding in the heat—you don't lose any steam while inside. Customizable & Safe: Having 9 temperature levels and a 99-minute timer on the remote control makes it super easy to dial in the exact heat level you want. Plus, the 2L capacity gives you plenty of steam time, and the auto-shutoff feature offers great peace of mind. Convenient Extras: The arm zippers are a clever touch—you can easily use your phone, read, or change a track without letting all the steam out. The included folding chair and exterior storage pocket make it a complete setup right out of the box. If you’re on the fence about getting a home steam sauna, don’t hesitate. It gives you a full-on spa experience right at home for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended!

A proper wind-down routine after long work days had been missing something until this personal steam sauna made a twenty minute session as easy as filling the tank and stepping in. The 2 liter capacity generates consistent steam throughout a full session without needing to refill mid-way, and the 1200W heater reaches a comfortable temperature quickly without a lengthy warmup that eats into the actual session time. The pop-up design sets up and breaks down in under two minutes, which is what makes it a daily option rather than something that stays folded in the closet because setup feels like too much effort. The personal box size creates an effective steam environment without needing a dedicated room or permanent installation, and the compact footprint stores in a closet or under a bed without taking up space that a larger home sauna would claim permanently. Materials hold heat well and the zippered entry seals properly to maintain steam pressure inside throughout the session. Easy to use sauna and the recovery and relaxation benefit has been noticeable since the first week of regular use.

This portable steam sauna delivers a fantastic, relaxing experience right in the comfort of your own home. The 1200W generator heats up quickly, and having 9 heat levels alongside a 99-minute timer allows you to easily dial in the exact setup you want. The included remote control makes adjusting settings on the fly simple, and the pop-up design means setup and breakdown don't take up much effort. The unit creates plenty of steam, making it a great way to unwind after a long day or ease muscle tension without needing a full built-in sauna installation. The only reason for dropping a star comes down to the door panel design. To set up the chair, place the floor mat, or wipe down the interior, the front panel unzips down both front vertical corners and hinges downward. Because those two front zippers act as the main hinge for the opening, they take on quite a bit of stress during daily use and cleaning. While everything functions fine out of the box, there is a legitimate concern that those zippers might give out over time with repeated opening and closing. If you are careful when unzipping the front panel, it is a great, affordable option for at-home heat therapy.
