We replaced old curtains with these blinds on the side of our house nearest a neighbor. The neighbor had removed some of the privacy growth on their side of the fence, which unexpectedly allowed a sight line into our house. These are a welcome upgrade for our entire room. They bring a modern esthetic and are well made. They obscure just the right view amount when fully “open”. They will block 9/10 of the bright afternoon light we get from the high desert if desired. (Really surprised at that - they are indeed able to block the light and the room is pretty dark!) The install was as painless as blind installation can be. Appreciate how the anchors can slide across the top, that’s really helpful. There is a handsome front bar that conceals the install area and looks professional.     • These are a great value expecially if you don't need a custom size

The shades are very nice and seem to be a good quality. We bought both the self retracting and the type with a chain mechanism to open and close the blinds. Both work well. If you need a custom size, they can do that as well but it is significantly more expensive. You won't be disappointed.

We absolutely LOVE these blinds. They are gorgeous. The chain moves smoothly and they are surprising good with blocking out light (we sleep during the day). Instead of spending time measuring for the brackets we made it easy & fast by taping a spacer to the back of the bracket and then marking the wall so that every bracket is exactly the same depth. Easy & fast! Biggest tip: Take the screws to your hardware store and buy good quality replacements. Then throw the included screws directly into the trash. They are awful and break off in the wall. We have 3 sets installed so far and the screws for every set snapped like cheap twigs. You can also use high quality anchors (like togglers). Overall these are easy & quick to install. After the first one our second & third set went up in minutes. Gorgeous! ... show more

We needed blinds for an exterior door on our house that has a full length window. It's not our formal front door, but it faces the front of the house and is visible from the street. We wanted to filter the view inside our house, especially at night. I wanted to avoid a custom order, if possible, and saw that these zebra blinds on Amazon were available from a number of sellers in different pre-cut sizes (in addition to custom sizes). The only thing I didn't like was that the material in between the opaque stripes looked like netting (a loose, uneven weave). I didn't like how that material looked, and some reviews showed that it was fraying on the edges. Persilux was advertising that their zebra blinds were upgraded with densely sewed fabric in between the opaque stripes, among other improvements, so I decided to order from them. Installation was easy, my husband put the blinds up in just a few minutes. It fit perfectly and looks fantastic! The width of both the cassette at the top and the fabric were exactly as we expected based on the information provided in the listing. The material between the stripes is a sheer fabric, a definite improvement in terms of looks and quality. We are very satisfied with the Persilux zebra blinds and highly recommend. ... show more

These blinds are everything we were looking for. They’re cordless and true to size. My window opening was a bit odd sized and we went with the 72” wide blinds. I wanted to inside mount these and I took the plastic end caps off to get the little bit of clearance that we needed. They look great, appear to be great quality, and they’re provide nice privacy, even when the solid sections aren’t staggered. 5/5 stars, would recommend and would purchase again for other windows if we need treatments on them. ... show more
