Assembly was simple no tools, stability easy to work, little heavy for elderly. Quality very good. This device wasn't good on my carpet, able set next furniture easy stand on other side. lift pick her up then on her feet. Or slide to furniture.

This was so helpful for me as a caregiver. Easy to assemble, the back snaps to the bottom piece, and panels are a nice piece to side the person up on and off of. Stays charged for weeks but I do check it once a week. The hand piece is what you charge not the seat. Used in the tub and it sticks really good omg yes. The flap side panels help while laying on tub to have the person sit, slide and put their legs in the tub. Especially if the person don't get in themself. Common sense works better. I deal with a small 100 lb lady so it's steady. I love how I can raise it up enough to do a serious pedicure 🤭. Only thing it's a little heavy. Sitting up can be a bit of a problem and moving it you'll be dragging, no wheels or a clap to keep together. Just fold and lean to sit up. Other then that I'm enjoying this game changer 😃

This is easy to assemble, well priced, works fine. Just crawl onto it, and it takes you to sitting position. Unfortunately it does not have arms to hold you up further. The instructions show it is for a bath tub. I just have it in my living room, in case any one falls down, and is too weak to pick themselves up. Been there, although I have more arm strength now.

I take care of my parents and they’re at the age to where they slide out of bed. This has worked wonders so that you don’t have to call the paramedics to help lift them back up and I like that it’s on wheels easy to maneuver.

It is incredibly heavy. Was not expecting that. We tested and it worked fine. But first time to use, slipped out of my hands when trying to set up for disabled husband. One of the plastic connections broke in half. I am NOT A HAPPY CAMPER! Will try to return, but the weight is so overwhelming that will probably cost a fortune that I cannot afford. So disappointed. Was so sure had found a great helper. Not so.
