I cannot express my disappointment. After having the softener professional installed, had a leak on recycle that flooded garage, then the wire harness became entangled in Cam shaft and pulled wires out of connections. Called to get wire harness and it is taking 10 days to POTENTIALLY get it shipped to me. I cannot pay for expedited delivery. I have salt and water sitting in salt tank and will not be able to repair for another 10 days after part comes in, due to a personal commitment. All this after I ordered from one retailer that took a week to figure out PENTAIR cannot ship them the product. Had to find it on Amazon, who stocks product. Poor communication on order, poor design on wire harness and poor customer care treatment. I wish I could return product and buy another brand. I doubt I could do this at the point I am at. Guess i will have to see if the wire harness replacement works before trying to return. Beyond disappointed with my experience. Customer care is so hard to find now days. Wish they would send someone out to repair their poor design. Two star because I do not know how it actually works, giving PENTAIR benefit of doubt. ... show more
