5th wheel life in NW Montana in winter. I was trying to find a nice not super expensive heater that had a bigger face and swiveled. We are trying to balance electric heat and propane heat using multiple heaters to keep things form over heating and providing consistent heat for my family and me. Pros: it works great in the largest space of the 5th wheel living kitchen area. Runs well for long periods of time. Kids aren't always careful and knock it over and it turns off and has an alarm that notifys you. Can be annoying but glad it doesn't. Cons- the button beeps loud ever time you touch it, like changing temperature or changing if it rotates or mode. Has no memory when you unplug or lose power to it. Turns on high and 95 degrees and rotations off. Really just a minor annoyance Over all in run it at night at 63-65 depending on the night and 70 to 74 in day. I like it and would get again

I need a heater that woudl heat up my small 12x16 shed in the dead of winer. I have tools out there and need it to stay around 45-60 degrees. I had a specific heater that went bad and worked. I needed it to be WIFI, works with Alexa and had a schedule. PROS: - Well made - Has a scheduler - Works with Alexa - Has WIFI CONS: - Due to UL crap, it sets itselt to limiting by remote and you have to go to the unit, daily to turn it back on. Even though there is a shcedule. I gave this 4 stars for this reason. It really stinks I have to go to the shed every day or at least check the device every 24 hours. I needed this to run without me. I have another brand and this is not an issue. - The heater only has a 12-15 inch blow area even though it is 30 or so inshces tall. Too much plastic in my opinion, this could be smaller and do the exact same. At the end of the day, I have set a schedule that turns off unit at 11:59pm and turns back on at 12am. Trying to get around the 24 hour limitation of it running. So far not working as it should, Again, my other brand works likes this with no probelms. I really wanted to love this because of so many good reviews. While it is a good product, for me the set it and forget it was what I was looking for and this unit is not that. Or at least I have not found it to be. I might try and put 2 on/off schedules and see if that works. Oh and another thing, when it goes into limnited remote mode, you have to go to unit, tiurn WIFI back on, or turn unit off and then back on, then WIFI back on. Very frustrating!!! Not sure how much I will put effort into this unit. Might keep it for winter and go look for a unit that is like my other unit. You might ask why not get that other unit that failed. MFG no longer makes it. So, I had to find a new brand. Here we are. Good luck!

I love it. It works great and I love the timer feature I just wish it could have a 30 minutes timer option and the carrying handle is nonexistent. I’m pretty little and I can’t grab it with out it slipping almost every time. But it heats up a large room pretty fast so I’ll deal with the carrying struggle.

First let me say that this was not my original purchase selection. I purchased a remote heater that I loved and was told that it violated some form of safety requirement, I was refunded and had to pick something else that satisfied my needs. Through my search I found this product and thought it would be a perfect match for what I had originally purchased. I received this in Dec 2024 and have used this almost daily since. I use it in my master bath since it is over my garage and is usually colder than the rest of my house. Functionality: It has all the typical functions and features you'd expect; remote control, wireless capability, app controlled, oscillation, and a wide range of temperatures. It can be controlled with various home hubs, i.e. Alexa, Google Assistant. There is no major order as there can be with some heaters. Ease of use: It is fairly easy to use and the controls at each level are pretty intuitive and simple. The remote works OK, although I found it a little lacking since it doesn't seem to have necessary markings making it easy to quickly understand. The remote also operates on the same channel as at least one of my TV's so there is a conflict when I use both. I do have a small TV in my bathroom where the heater is used. Timer: You can set the heater to shut off after as little as one hour, however It does not allow for anything less than an hour. Issues: According to the manual, it will disconnect from the Wi-Fi after 24 hours, so in order to use it with a home assistant, you must operate it on Wi-Fi, at least every 24 hours or less. The issue is that it randomly disconnects from the Wi-Fi, making access via home assistant almost useless. If I use it in the morning when I wake up, and try to start it while I'm on my way home, it typically will not start as the Wi-Fi has already disconnected. The same thing has happened when I've tries to start it before getting out of bed in the morning, after using it before bed prior to laying down. You cannot even turn on the Wi-Fi, via the app because to use the app, it must be connected via Wi-Fi. So essentially, it's a portable heater that occasionally operates as a Wi-Fi connected device, if you're lucky. Simply unreliable. All in all, that's what earn it 3 out of 5 stars for me.
