I don't normally work from home so I didn't have a decent chair. I found this and it works pretty awesome. The assembly took only about 20 minutes and is sturdy. Only thing I would like is some more padding but it is a comfortable chair. I added a blanket to the seat for a little extra comfort for me but Like this chair. Its pretty awesome. Hello, The chair is great for the price and feels great and has nice texture to it. Vibration in the back is powerful but it can be loud if you are not pressed all the way against it. This will more less vibrate lower lumbar back more less. Very easy to put together and I'm no bob the builder and I had this thing together in 20mins. Arms fold up nicely make quick exit or entrée. My only complaint is this chair DOES not TILT even though on the under arm says pull out to tilt lol. So for that it loses a star but besides that. I spent roughly a month looking and testing gaming chairs at many different places and found that most of the $200+ ones feel almost the same as this one. I was just originally getting this one so I could keep on my quest for a really nice one but now- I don’t have to. The armrests move out of the way if needed and you are able to take some weight out of the pillow if you wish. The seat is definitely more comfortable than a standard desk chair and is very easy to clean. Pros- PRICE! Massage. Comfort. Ease of spin. Quiet. Rollers move easy onto thin plush carpet and off onto hardwood. Cons- the cord could be longer and a bit easier to dismantle just in case my son decides to jump in and test drive it with circles. The pillow could use a firmer band and the zipper had no pull lever and no leather slot to go in. Which might add wear to the chair itself from the metal zipper itself against the chair. Also- It would be nice to add .10 cents of more cushion in a separate package with the chair to make the pillow more solid if I wanted to add it. Added tidbits! It would be nice if the company sold armrest cushions for this specific chair that would slide over and then zip to keep on as an addition to the chair to add more comfort. They are somewhat comfortable but I would definitely buy these add-ons if possible! ... show more

Generally, it's a good and comfortable chair, and pretty easy to assemble. However, unlike other gaming chairs where the headrest is attached or strapped to the chair, the head pillow simply wraps around the top of the chair with an elastic band, and easily slides and pops off all the time. Secondly, the metal tube connected to the base cracked after 6 months or so, causing the chair to not stay in an upright position. This is possibly due to me leaning back in it a lot, but it's a chair, it should be able to hold my weight. I am a normal sized man. ... show more

This chair was great initially, but it's falling apart now. I work from home and this chair has never been improperly used and I'm well under the weight limit. I just got the 2 year mark, so i don't think a return or exchange will be offered. It's such a bummer because I spent money on this expecting to not have to buy another one! Like I said, I take care of my products so they last, but unfortunately, this has not. Note: I reached out to the seller (2/2/2023) to see if they can help and I'm waiting on a reply. Will update review with their response. UPDATE: they will not offer anything because I'm outside my 90 days - so this chair will break and fall apart on you, and you will need to buy another. Just do it from a different vendor because this chair is junk. What a waste :( ... show more

Edit after 30 or so hours of use: This chair is a firm no if you spend a lot of time on it. I'm about 190lbs, so this may not be the case of you're much smaller. After a few hours the butt cushion squishes flat and solid. Like, it's so flat it's not even there. And the chair pops, loudly. Every time I turn or move, pop pop pop. So loud that everyone in the 1000 square foot office thinks something got dropped or slammed. The popping is due to the holes in the bottom plate not being perfectly lined up with the threaded holes. 2 of the threaded inserts are installed very crooked. I could modify it, but I'll likely just stick it in the corner as an extra chair. Original review: If you're getting the chair at $100 or less it's a decent deal. Any more and it's a no from me. I do find it recently comfortable and fairly solid. Assembly is simple. The tilt/recline function is a joke. The back and bottom tilt backward together a tiny bit and then spring back to flat, and there is no way to affix the angle at anything but straight up. I see multiple people saying it doesn't tilt at all. I'd suggest they pull the lever outward and fling backward like youre trying to flip yourself over, that's the only way you'll ever see the "tilt" do anything but it's useless anyhow The head pillow does not stay on the chair, the strap pops right off the top when you get it high enough to be useful. I may staple the strap to the chair once I figure out exactly where I want it. The pillow is fairly comfy when it is in the right spot. The massage is just a noisy vibrator. ... show more
