I bought this chair for my sibling to use during long periods of studying or relaxation. We've had it for about a month, and so far we're very pleased with this product! The chair is comfortable, and the back pillow is placed at just the right spot to provide back support. You can also turn it sideways if you prefer a longer back support pillow, or remove it altogether if you don't need it. The seat cushion has a good amount of padding in it, so it's not painful to sit for long periods of time (tho so far the longest we've sat without a break is 4 hours, so I don't know how things would feel 6-8 hours in). There is also some padding in the armrests to provide decent comfort. The chair massager is a great bonus! It's small but powerful, and a good way to get rid of any kinks in your back. Cons: The chair doesn't tilt, and the arm rests aren't adjustable. I think the chair is still comfortable without these features, but for some it might be a dealbreaker. My biggest gripe is that the frame of the chair isn't as sturdy as I would hope for it to be. I'd recommend not plopping down in the chair or roughly handling it/throwing it around. Some things to keep in mind before you buy: - The chair seat isn't super deep/wide, so people with very wide hips might not fit comfortably - The backrest for the chair isn't as tall as some other gaming chairs. For reference, my sibling is 5'5"/165 cm, and the top of their head comes up to the top of the headrest. Someone much taller than that might not have as much headrest support - The cord for the massager is a USB cord meant to be hooked up to your laptop or a nearby plug. So people who do not sit near a plug and only have an Apple device might not be able to use the massager. Overall I think this is a great gamer chair for a fraction of the cost of other chairs! Sure it lacks some customization features that you might get at a higher price point, but the comfort is solid and you can sit around for hours with no problems! =) ... show more

I've had a standard desk chair and it was not ergonomical. This chair I've purchased has great support and I'm not left hurt on my lower back and mid-back. I would say it can use a little more cushion, like memory foam or something. It's overall great and I love that I can adjust the height. I purchased the White chair, which doesn't have the lower back vibrating, massage feature. My only concern is the screws that connect the seat and the base plate will come loose over time, I've lost two screws, only found one. I only noticed because when those came loose off the chair, the chair became wobbly. Another part that came loose was the left arm rest, it was wobbly and I was able to tighten it easier. I would suggest using the Loctite Threadlocker Blue to help secure the threads in the screws, which can also be removed later. Other than that, it's a great chair for the price! ... show more

It's a great chair for a child or small adult. My teenager is 5'4" and weighs about 125. For them the chair is comfortable, but I would not recommend for someone taller or too much heavier. The back doesn't really adjust to allow for one to lean further back if they're looking for a more comfortable position. You sit bolt up in it. As such, the headrest pillow is pointless. Using it will cause your head to tilt forward at an uncomfortable angle. The lower back pillow is nice however, and the USB connected massager is a lovely touch. The material is faux leather and soft. The chair was easy enough to assemble and came with all parts necessary, including an Allen wrench. Took my teen and I about 30 mins to put it together. The instructions are pictures only, but easy enough to follow. The height is adjustable but we have it set on the lowest level for their standard height "gaming desk." For the price and assembly, this is a decent gaming type chair for a child or young teen. My teen really likes the look of it especially. If you're looking for a really nice chair, then look no further. This chair is the best. I had been looking for a work from home chair since 2020. All the ones from the major stores were super expensive so I didn't think that I would find a quality chair on Amazon. I decided to just try it and I'm so glad I found this one. It was so easy to assemble, that I even did it by myself. It's very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. The massage feature will need a block to use but I actually like this about this chair. So the only problems I have are assembly and the massager isn't strong. If you're buying this chair for that try a different chair, but overall this is a GOOD chair and I personally love it. Great support.

I purchased this chair for the lower lumbar support and the massage feature (both are adequate). I play for about 3-4 hours at a time, so I need the extra support. You need to know that the box has no instructions on how to put this chair together. It's pretty easy; I did it in about 1 1/2 hours. The reason it took me so long is because I put the chair back on the seat backwards. LOL. It's very bulky - so having help would have been nice, but it's not necessary. I hate Allen wrenches, and one comes with it, but it would have been easier with a screwdriver with an Allen attachment. All-in-all, not a bad chair. Good luck! ... show more

I've been using the chair for work for a few weeks after replacing my previous office chair due to back problems. The chair is much more comfortable than my old one, and the adjustable lumbar support is great. The chair was fairly easy to assemble if you know what you're doing: took me about 20 minutes.. My only complaint is that the chair is a bit narrower in the seat than I would prefer. I'm getting used to it, but it's not great. The seat has two side cushions that stick out about an inch on either side which further reduce the seat width. For reference, I'm 6' tall and 190lb male. The only thing I added to the chair was a couple of cheap elbow pads, as I found the arms slightly too low for my tall frame. Would probably be ok for a gaming controller, but not for my keyboard/mouse setup. But with the addition of the elbow pads it's very comfy. ... show more
