I am first time user . So, it became a big question for me if I can really use it well. So far.. so good. I find the hard part is connecting and disconnecting the water hose and the pressure hose as it needs some strength. So, for sure, use it when you are in energetic mode. Other than that, its pretty easy use. Cleared up the mess on my dirty wooden Gazebo area where the squirrels drop the fruits waste or other sticky things. I will update my post again once I use it more. But its perfect for the first time users.. I love it!

I'm a 70 year old grandmother. This is my 2nd pressure washer and the wheels make such a difference for me, so much easier to use. I wish I could get the handle to stay up. That's a design flaw since all our suitcases stay up. I also wish there was a better way to roll up and hang the pressure wand hose, and it's difficult for me to take the wand off the gun so it will store properly. If you've ever used a Dyson, you know there's a way to work all this out. However, worked well cleaning my walkway, back patio concrete, the car, and removable carpets from the car.

First this has been a great washer for light duty uses. I mainly wash my vehicles, driveway and Brick walls on the house. As far as 3000 psi, NO! 1750psi at best but still more than needed for what I use it for. I have had it for 4 years now and it probably 50+ hours of ese and no issues at all. Highly recomend!

If you're considering purchasing a pressure washer, I would advise you to look for other options. I purchased a pressure washer back in December and, after only two uses, it stopped working entirely. At first, I was thrilled with my purchase. It seemed like a great deal- affordable and with good reviews. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. Initially, the pressure washer worked perfectly. I tested it out and was able to clean off my patio in no time. It seemed like a great investment- I could save money by doing my own cleaning instead of hiring a professional. However, when I pulled it out of the garage to clean up after recent Southern California rains subsided, the pressure washer wouldn't turn on! At first, I thought it might be an issue with the power source, so I double-checked the outlet and the cord. Still, no luck. I tried to troubleshoot the problem, but nothing seemed to work. It's clear to me that this pressure washer is cheaply made and not at all durable. After just two uses, it's completely useless. I am incredibly disappointed with this purchase. I thought I was getting a good deal on a useful tool, but instead, I wasted my money. I cannot recommend this pressure washer to anyone, and I suggest you look elsewhere for a better product. Don't make the same mistake I did- invest in a pressure washer that is built to last.

I purchased this electric power washer and used it a total of 3 times. The spray gun was leaking so bad that I couldn't use it at all. However, I would like to update my review and state the Company has sent me a new sprayer gun within a couple of weeks. So now I can comment on how the pressure washer is the perfect size and works great! The PW has enough pressure and gusto to power wash my large patio, sidewalks, lawn chairs, truck tires, and turtle pond. All the cleaning I need to do with the convenience of it being portable, rolls around on 4 wheels, and compact so storage is simple!

We had wanted a pressure washer for many years and finally broke down and purchased this one after reading reviews and looking at various washers in local stores. For the money, this is a great pressure washer and we're pleased we purchased it. The four nozzles it comes with are handy and fit well in their respective places - easy to get to. The spray ability of this washer is good and it cleans most items, although you do have to be careful not to use the narrow spray nozzle on fragile things. The only drawback to it is that the water hose and electrical cord don't stay on their "hooks" as well as I would hope and there is nowhere to put the long nozzle when storing it without taking it off the water hose. Those are minor issues and we deal with them. All said, I would recommend this washer.

The media could not be loaded. Excellent power. Very maneuverable. Most of me other ones you pull on the hose and they flip over. This one glads along easily. I was unaware that you pulled the metal wand off the gun handle and plugged the soap dispenser directly into the plastic until talking to customer service Who guided me through the process and were very responsive. I added An additional tip that you just turn and it goes from a tight laser to a broad spray for $9.99 on Amazon. Good buy.
