I'm a 70 year old grandmother. This is my 2nd pressure washer and the wheels make such a difference for me, so much easier to use. I wish I could get the handle to stay up. That's a design flaw since all our suitcases stay up. I also wish there was a better way to roll up and hang the pressure wand hose, and it's difficult for me to take the wand off the gun so it will store properly. We had wanted a pressure washer for many years and finally broke down and purchased this one after reading reviews and looking at various washers in local stores. For the money, this is a great pressure washer and we're pleased we purchased it. The four nozzles it comes with are handy and fit well in their respective places - easy to get to. The spray ability of this washer is good and it cleans most items, although you do have to be careful not to use the narrow spray nozzle on fragile things. The only drawback to it is that the water hose and electrical cord don't stay on their "hooks" as well as I would hope and there is nowhere to put the long nozzle when storing it without taking it off the water hose. For the money, this little pressure washer is a workhorse and seems to be of decent quality. I added an oscillating tip and I couldn’t ask for more. It performs as well as any higher pressure, gas, powered pressure washer I’ve had in the past. Perfect for around the house clean up. Would recommend and I’m very satisfied. I was concerned that an electric washer would not have the power of gas. Boy, was I wrong. Great power and features. And no more changing oil or storing gas. One warning that I saw on someone else's review, and I learned when I let the engine run for a while without spraying water - a tendency to overheat. When you aren't using the sprayer for a while, just flip the switch to shut off the machine. Overall, however, a great purchase - light, strong, smaller than my previous gas washer (so easy to move and store). ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Excellent power. Very maneuverable. Most of me other ones you pull on the hose and they flip over. This one glads along easily. I was unaware that you pulled the metal wand off the gun handle and plugged the soap dispenser directly into the plastic until talking to customer service Who guided me through the process and were very responsive. I added An additional tip that you just turn and it goes from a tight laser to a broad spray for $9.99 on Amazon. Good buy. ... show more

Went together easily. Quiet compared to my previous one. Love the handle height, but it slides up and down too easily. It won't stay at a set height. Except for that, I like it. It did everything I was hoping it would do. Would be 4 1/2 star but it won't let me.

WOW! I ordered this to replace the 1800 PSI Power Washer that I have, and what a huge difference it made! I love this thing! The wheels make it so easy to move around in any direction. And the power... WOW! It is amazing for the power it delivers. I saw this on YouTube and it got very high reviews, and no I know why. It is the perfect thing to get the tough jobs done. I clean all my bird cages with it and it only takes minutes to blast off the poop from the cage bars. And it doesn't harm the paint! LOVE IT! ... show more

    • DO NOT BUY! Broken after just two uses!!
If you're considering purchasing a pressure washer, I would advise you to look for other options. I purchased a pressure washer back in December and, after only two uses, it stopped working entirely. At first, I was thrilled with my purchase. It seemed like a great deal- affordable and with good reviews. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. Initially, the pressure washer worked perfectly. I tested it out and was able to clean off my patio in no time. It seemed like a great investment- I could save money by doing my own cleaning instead of hiring a professional. However, when I pulled it out of the garage to clean up after recent Southern California rains subsided, the pressure washer wouldn't turn on! At first, I thought it might be an issue with the power source, so I double-checked the outlet and the cord. Still, no luck. I tried to troubleshoot the problem, but nothing seemed to work. It's clear to me that this pressure washer is cheaply made and not at all durable. After just two uses, it's completely useless. I am incredibly disappointed with this purchase. I thought I was getting a good deal on a useful tool, but instead, I wasted my money. I cannot recommend this pressure washer to anyone, and I suggest you look elsewhere for a better product.
