its very low to the waterline and it sinks very easily but does hold water when taken out and is very easy to transport fry from one tank to another but plastic was scratched upon arrival so don't expect it to come without scratches on the plastic

Love the options for separating fish, the suction cups scared me at first but they work amazing and I’ve had no issues with them whatsoever. The down side is this is too small for baby fry that are just born they fit through the grates

The suction things to keep it afloat in the tank are (not) so great. It took me 10 minutes to get a good hold on the small container to my big tank. The lid closes and I haven’t used it for fry yet but it allows water to pass through in a safe friendly way. Nice size but small REALLY IS SMALL.

This is a good size and fits perfectly in the tank. Has a lid and dividers BUT FISH CAN GET OUT. If you're planning on using this for baby fish in a communal tank. DON'T. I have angel fish and the babies can swim right through the openings on the side.

Not too big and not too small, just perfect. Great gray down the bottom so small fish can sink to bottom of unit and the mom fish can stay up top. Floats great at top of tank and easy to see in.
