Couldn’t believe the whole set was delivered in an approximate 5x5x5 box, but it did. It was packed tightly and everything was in good shape. Very nice set! Very sturdy. Screwing it together was a bit challenging. Only had it for a few days, but really like it so far.

I cannot express how much I love this patio set for my balcony porch! For so long I wanted patio furniture but let’s face it… I’m on a budget and patio furniture is SO expensive! I was so worried this was going to be a cheap piece of junk but the reviews were really good so I decided to take a chance. I am SO glad I did! It came pack really well but the overall package was quite heavy and would probably require two to move. I put this whole thing together by myself. I’ll admit, I thought it would be super fast to put together but I took me over 2 hours and I took a break. The placement of the screws can make it cumbersome with the tool provided because you can’t make a full rotation, just a bunch of half rotations. I wish I would have been able to find my screw driver with interchangeable heads and it would have made the job a lot easier (plus having an extra hand would have helped tremendously, too.) However, it wasn’t too bad and so worth it! Also, I don’t want to misquote where the stickers on the furniture said this was made (I think Vietnam?) but it definitely was NOT made in China. I think that’s why the product is made exceptionally well. It’s SO study and comfortable and we sit on it daily. I’ve had it about 2 months now and with my new added decor, my porch is now my happy place. If you are thinking about buying it- do it! I LOVE this set!!!!

They accidentally packed my furniture without the necessary hardware to assemble it. I contacted the company and they responded within 24 hours, sent the hardware within a few days of being made aware of the problem and it arrived within a week thereafter. This delayed and frustrated me a bit but ultimately it wasn't a problem. The pieces are not particularly challenging to assemble as long as you keep all of the bolts loose enough until they're all in place before you tighten. Overall, I was surprised how comfortable the back of the chair was without a cushion. Before they came, I had thought I'd get throw pillows but will probably abstain now that I am aware that the chairs are not very large. They're big enough to sit comfortably in but definitely more lawn-chair sized than I had hoped. I would not say that I am overwhelmed by this purchase but it also did not disappoint.

Simple to assemble, just time consuming if you don’t have the ability to use a drill with an allen wrench attachment. Your fingers will definitely be numb by the time you finish putting it together with the little L-tool provided. Other than that, it sits well. Not the most cushion of a patio set, but it’s certainly not uncomfortable for the 2-3 times a week we use it. Perfect size for an apartment patio. I’d buy again.

This patio set is great for the price, It came quicker than expected. It was very easy to assemble together. The customer service from this company is really awesome !! The tabletop glass was broken during assembly and I e-mailed the company and they got back to me really super fast. They are very polite and apologetic, they sent me a whole new set free of charge. I highly recommend this to everyone looking for a great product and the best customer service !!
