It was a little tedious to put together and, took a couple of days for all three boxes to come. It is nice and, comfy though. I would make sure you have all three boxes before assembling because, some of the parts for the chairs are in with the table.

Purchased the large set with fire table. First box arrived yesterday and the remaining 3 arrived today, 2-3 days before estimate delivery date. I’m a woman and mechanically inclined, and this set took me a full 6 hrs and 45 minutes nonstop. The couch is the most tedious due to the washers needing to be placed on the bolt and nut side. I recommend waiting until all boxes have arrived because some parts are spread through other boxes. I unpacked all boxes, except the fire table box. Arranged the pieces alphabetically. Poured the bolts into small bowls for easy grab and organizing. I used a drill where it could fit. Once the couch and 2 seats were done the remaining pieces went together quickly. Don’t tighten bolts until all bolts are in place and everything is aligned. This will save you a lot of extra time. Also when adding the cushions to the sleeves, I put a cushion in the plastic bag the came in, putting the open side in first. This helped me straighten and align the cushions without all the hassle. Then I slipped the plastic out. Easy peasy! Highly recommend this set after spending months researching other patio sets. The tiles on the fire table are grey not white. Matches perfectly for my space. Seating is very comfortable. I like how the couch is bolted together and not just chair pieces that can move. The backs are not the short style like the rest. Mind you, it’s not a living couch so it is compact but it’s perfect for patios and Lanias. Looking forward to working, lounging, and definitely napping on my new patio set! ... show more

Bought on June 14, 2023 - I received the boxes on June 17, 18, and 19 (in case you haven't seen in other reviews, it comes in three different boxes). Was impressed with how fast the shipping was considering it wasn't Amazon Prime. I shopped online for about 3 days looking for a set on Amazon, Lowes, Home Depot, Wayfair, etc and liked the value for the price ...from reading the reviews I knew it was going to be time consuming to put it together and was able to mentally prepare for that ahead of time. The good: -Great quality for the price -Looks great -Really comfortable cushions -Sturdy -Comes with lots of extra hardware (my left overs are shown in one of my review photos) The not so good: -The rattan gets really hot during the day so you'll need to be careful -I'm not sure about leaving the cushions out in the rain and they don't all fit in the storage box. The bad: -It took me a little over 6 hours to put it all together. The boxes coming on 3 different days was a blessing because it allowed me to split up the work. I wouldn't have been thrilled to put this all together in one day. If you can get an allen/hex bit for your drill that will save you a ton of time. I didn't have one and I'm stubborn and didn't want to buy one just for this. It's really not HARD to put it together, there's just a lot of screws that need to be hand tightened and some are in some awkward places and require you to have a wrench on the lug on the other side. Can't rave about it enough.... for this price, truly phenomenal furniture. Assembly was a little annoying as other reviewers had warned, but result is fantastic. My biggest concern was that 4" cushions for this price would be worthless, and as a 200lbs plus guy, no issues for me whatsoever. Highly recommend. Only change I did make is add just a little extra padding to back rests for my comfort... so investment of perhaps extra $8 from craftsman store at my preference. Wicker wouldn't be my first pick necessarily, but for this price sign me up. I would willingly pay nearly double knowing what I know. ... show more

When I stumbled upon this beautiful patio furniture, I was blown away by the "Peacock" Blue color. I ordered two different sets, which their customer service team reached out to me immediately to make me aware that they were different colors and sizes. I initially placed and order for a brown and black set. After working with them, we found two sets that match, and they expedited the order. Prior to receiving them, they reached out to let me know there was a mistake in the colors and that I had an electric blue color sent to me. Without hesitation, they wanted to make it right and let me know they were not only shipping the correct color to me, but also let me know I was welcome to keep the electric blue color so I can have replacement covers if I need them. I am over the moon, and can change up the colors if needed. Now on to the quality of the furniture: The patio furniture was tedious to put together, but every single hole lined up perfectly! There were even extra parts just in case one is lost (or falls between the deck panels). This is some of the nicest pato furniture I've sat on, both in terms of sturdiness and comfort! With varying sizes and weights of family members, I'm not worried about it collapsing or wearing out fast. The covers they sent with it are nice and stayed on even through an intense wind storm. I woke up the morning after expecting them to have blown off, and was pleased to see they stayed in securely! For two sets it took me just under 12 hours to assemble. Eventually I used a different wrench from a set than what it came with. All parts use an Allen wrench and is hand tightened, so it took a while. (I recommend making a party out of it! ) I plan to buy from rattan artisans in the future and couldn't recommend them more! It's so tough to know what you are getting, and I'm happy to have gone with this brand! ... show more
