This was a great purchase! The set arrived in three separate boxes, so make sure you have all three before starting assembly. Some of the chair parts were packaged in the couch box, which was a little confusing at first. Assembly took some time, but it wasn’t particularly difficult. The instructions could definitely be clearer, but if you take your time and organize the pieces, it’s very manageable. Once assembled, the set looks fantastic. The wicker has a nice appearance, and the blue cushions are thick, comfortable, and seem durable. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality for the price. The fire table is a great centerpiece and really pulls the seating area together. One feature I absolutely love is that it comes with protective furniture covers. Living in the desert, it’s nice knowing I can keep everything covered and protected when not in use. Great Product and Great Customer Service, this is a must have. Beautiful and easy to put together alone, it also comes with covers for each item which is fantastic and unexpected. Great Touch Rattaner!! Cushions are thick and very comforable. Weight is light and easy to move. Putting together was a breeze the hole alignments were perfect all pieces were included and even extras.... I havent been able to test durability but I will this weekend with family and friends.. This is a great set. Worth the money

I like this set....you have to assemble every piece, the cushions and pillows soak in water but drys quickly even though it says waterproof. the back pillows slide around, The seating retains water after the rain, as well as the storage table holds water. Over all it's a nice set for what you pay for the set. I would recommend this set.

The quality was amazing. It took time to put together but the instructions were very helpful. The only negative is that the shipment does list it coming in three separate boxes but once the first box arrived Amazon was showing the order as being fully delivered. However the communication with the seller was spot on and incredibly thorough. They were fast to respond and provided additional tracking numbers to ease our mind. The shipment of the last two boxes was delayed due to weather through FedEx but otherwise this was a great purchase. The size and color were exactly as described and the quality exceeded our expectations. We opted to use double-sided heavy duty Velcro to help keep the cushions in place and so far it's working like a charm.

Purchased the large set with fire table. First box arrived yesterday and the remaining 3 arrived today, 2-3 days before estimate delivery date. I’m a woman and mechanically inclined, and this set took me a full 6 hrs and 45 minutes nonstop. The couch is the most tedious due to the washers needing to be placed on the bolt and nut side. I recommend waiting until all boxes have arrived because some parts are spread through other boxes. I unpacked all boxes, except the fire table box. Arranged the pieces alphabetically. Poured the bolts into small bowls for easy grab and organizing. I used a drill where it could fit. Once the couch and 2 seats were done the remaining pieces went together quickly. Don’t tighten bolts until all bolts are in place and everything is aligned. This will save you a lot of extra time. Also when adding the cushions to the sleeves, I put a cushion in the plastic bag the came in, putting the open side in first. This helped me straighten and align the cushions without all the hassle. Then I slipped the plastic out. Easy peasy! Highly recommend this set after spending months researching other patio sets. The tiles on the fire table are grey not white. Matches perfectly for my space. Seating is very comfortable. I like how the couch is bolted together and not just chair pieces that can move. The backs are not the short style like the rest. Mind you, it’s not a living couch so it is compact but it’s perfect for patios and Lanias. Looking forward to working, lounging, and definitely napping on my new patio set!

First I would like to say THANK YOU to all the others who left reviews on this (and every other Amazon review). For something this expensive, reading all the other reviews was HUGE in helping me know I made the right choice when I pushed the order button. Usually I would never dream of buying something like this without being able to see it in person first but I felt comfortable taking the plunge BECAUSE of all the reviews. We had bought a nice La-Z-Boy set 7 years ago for $1500 and even though it was under a covered porch on our deck - I got lazy after a few years and stopped taking the cushions in during the winter. So they deteriorated BADLY! When I found that to replace each cushion would be over $100 (x12 cushions - uhhhhh no - we will have to find something new! Also, I had ridiculous criteria for what I wanted and the size/space we have for this. As mentioned in the title of this post, I literally spent countless hours and days over a few MONTHS looking and comparing so many different sets here on Amazon as well as on Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair and with several other online direct companies. This set is exactly what I wanted. My criteria was a couch, table, 2 chairs with 2 ottomans. I didn't love the look of the tables that have glass on them from other sets (especially black glass) and was unsure if the table would be usable without the glass. So I love that this one has no glass AND can be used as storage! WIN! I was prepared to buy furniture covers but was happily surprised that this set comes with covers. So that made the final comparison a done deal between this set and a much cheaper set (that had 2 chairs but only 1 ottoman (why?). When I priced out buying the covers separately, that would have made up the difference in price to this set. So I decided on this set (also because it came with bolster pillows and the other set did not - that was not a deal breaker but still helped influence my decision). Re: assembly, my husband is super handy and really good at assembling things. So he was able to put everything together in 4 hours. That includes 2 matching side tables from the same company. Put this all together yesterday and so far loving it. The only down side was the assembly time. Did it mostly by myself but it took all day, not hard, just time consuming. Anyway, now that's together, the pieces look good, cushions are comfy, and is easy enough to rearrange.
