We received this set as a Christmas present. Putting it together is extremely difficult for one person however, the direction are very straightforward and easy to follow (there’s just a lot of screws). Would definitely recommend a ratchet set for hex screws. With the difficulty of assembly, I’m feel assured that it will be very durable. It comes with covers which are surprisingly very durable but I added some waterproofing spray. We assembled this at Christmas and will not be able to completely enjoy it until warmer weather. Some reviews had issues with the seat cousins, we didn’t experience issues. It’s just like putting a pillow into a pillow case. I searched forever for a set like this for our deck, finally settling on this one and it's perfect! The shipping was much quicker than we anticipated, which was such a nice surprise. It came in three boxes and everything was delivered at the same time. Nothing was missing and it actually came with some extra screws, etc., for putting it together. The peacock blue color is beautiful and the set is very sturdy. The fabric is is durable and cleans easily. Extra thick cushions and pillows, make it incredibly comfortable and the table with storage is great for blankets and such. I made a big pot of red chili and our children came over for a deck furniture building party, so they put it together for us in no time. Even without a group such as ours, the instructions are thorough and it's easy to put together, it may just take more time if you're doing it alone. A tip for when putting the seat covers on, is to fold the foam like a taco and insert it, then just adjust the fabric as necessary. I've noticed with some sets, that the seating height is too low but this one is perfect and very comfortable. We added a screen and projector to our deck and we are looking forward to enjoying years of entertainment while comfortably lounging on our new deck set. For the price, this set is a great value. The assembly was tedious, but normal for this type of furniture. The color is actually black. If this is stated anywhere, then I missed it. I thought it was dark brown. It’s comfortable for smaller people. The cushions slide off easily so we are trying to troubleshoot this. They are pretty thick cushions but deflate some while sitting on them. The cushions come vacuum packed and expanded quickly. One of the packages of cushions had a very strong smell that quickly dissipated. The chairs seem sturdy. My husband pointed out some areas that could be made stronger, like braces across the seat areas. The only support is the braided “plastic” that is the same material as the chair. The blue cushions are a very bright, pretty color. The set also comes with a coffee table with a glass top that is not pictured. The glass easily slides off of the suction cups that holds it on. I highly recommend using the furniture covers that comes with the furniture. This set is under a covered patio at my house. I used the covers before a heavy rain was forecasted. One of the covers blew off and the cushions are saturated with water. Not like normal outdoor cushions. If you plan on using this in an uncovered area, be aware of this. Very impressed with the quality of the furniture easy to assemble but does take a little while. Was missing a piece and contacted the seller and they have shipped the remaining piece. Very sturdy and looks fabulous. Definitely worth the money….update the missing part arrived in a very reasonable time everything turned out great ... show more

The set is exactly what it looks like. I got the peacock color and absolutely love it. It does take some time to assemble, but I was able to do it by myself and it was worth it in my opinion. The cushions are comfortable. We love that it comes with covers. Our house sits on a windy hill top and the cushions of our old set would fly away. The covers help keep everything in place and protect the furniture. I would buy this again and I would by from this company again. Their customer service has been amazing! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This furniture arrived in three shipments. I did have to ask the seller for that information as it wasn't offered up front when I ordered. They responded fairly quickly, so I was happy with that. THIS FURNITURE! It is beautiful, and vibrantly colored. It was very simple to put together, and ALL of the tools required were included. (even a little ratchet that I thought was so cute!) The instructions were thorough, and it took minutes to assemble the sofa, chairs, and firepit. The firepit is gorgeous, and throws out quite a lot of heat, which is great for Northern Michigan! We are impressed and very pleased in this set! ... show more

    • Everything is great except a few things

I am overall happy with the product except for a few things. It was easy to put together, the color matches, and I am overall happy with how it functions. The only problems regard the furniture covers. They are meant to cinch with rope, but the way they are made, there are knots right where you would pull tight, so it can't go through the cinch. So the furniture covers are useless and keep flying off. They also are not waterproof, so it rained one day (with covers on!) and the seat cushions have been soaked for days and don't easily dry off. Going to buy some tent waterproof spray and try that. Really wish I had covers that actually pulled and cinched tightly. ... show more
