These lights are beautiful! The available scenes are great allowing lots of flexibility of patterns to be displayed. The colors are vibrant. There are options to select a single color and timers to control on and off. I like that I can control them from my phone but wish i did not have to be close to them for the app to work. I like the multicolors, but you can only pick a single color if you do not want the multi. I purchased this to replace a set I had for years (they do not make anymore), had option for almost any color combination possible - red, white, blue or green, white. This has no such option. Wiring seems a little too thin for outdoors in the weather - we will see how long they will last. ... show more

I loved that the color patters were unique, and I also loved how they picked up on the beat of music. I had them plugged in and tested them indoors first, they started to go to the beat of the music on the TV commercials! Really are a great deal. I may get another set for next year!     • Will not connect to blue tooth. Brightness also a letdown.

I've tried multiple phones, and can't connect to these lights. Their blue tooth signal shows up, but when you try to connect to it, it fails. It's a bummer, as the Bluetooth functionality was one of the main features I was looking for. The brightness is... a bit dim.     • Brilliant product, excellent price
I needed an weatherproof device to turn on and raise/dim patio lights. The rest of my garden lights are Lutron so I checked them out. They offer a similar product but it doesn't allow you to dim the lights -- and it costs nearly four times as much. This is a great device. It's really well made, totally weatherproof so can sit outside. It comes with good instructions and is really easy to install. I downloaded the app and had the gizmo working perfectly in less than 5 minutes. It also comes with a timer built into the app which I set to switch on at dusk and off around 9 pm. (you can set anything you want of course). I do not have Alexa but it is not needed to use this. What is very cool is to be able to dim or raise the lights using the phone app. This is a totally unsolicited review. I find I only review products that are really awful or really good.
