The heat deflection works well and it's not difficult to assemble only a little time consuming. My only problem is that it looks cheap and was scratched up upon receipt. It's ugly compared to the solid panel deflectors like Sweet Heat. Also "THIS ITEM IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN" so no this before purchasing. Amazon should make these sellers post that they do not accept returns on the top like next to the price of the item. Now I'm stuck with this ugly thing that I cannot return. If you're only buying it for function, it deflects well. If you also want something that looks good, IMHO go with a solid sheet deflector like SweetHeat. ... show more

I bought one, the thing worked so good I bought another one. Seeing as I have already put the first together, I noticed there was no hardware in this second one right away! Hmmmmm!     • Feels like the panels are taped together
Not a good product. It feels like the panels are barely holding onto each other. The thing that annoyed me the most was that the panels would shimmer in the slightest breeze. It was very annoying and cheap looking.
