Love our new patio set but was a pain to put together!

Finally got it set-up. Nice patio set, but very time consuming putting it together. Screws aren't marked properly (not marked at all). Several of my cushion covers are not sewn correctly, leaving holes around the cushion covers and I am not happy about that! But all-in-all it's a beautiful set, it's sturdy, and I look forward to enjoying it. I contacted customer service and they were willing to refund me some money back.

Nice wicker conversion set at a good price and size. Pretty comfortable all around. Does not come with a cover. Assembly took me ~5 hours alone (would recommend 2 people) as pieces are put together by Allen wrenches & screws with nuts and washers. Directions are included and very helpful. Would recommend purchase.

I received the furniture, boxes undamaged. Opening it all up and unpacking everything, I found that the glass for the coffee table was shattered. It was a huge mess. Being that I have 4 nosey basset hounds I quickly cleaned it up and threw it in the garbage bin. The next day I did a return request (not to actually return it, but in hopes of have replacement glass sent to me. I received an email a couple of days later saying that if I sent a picture of the broken glass they would replace it. I emailed back that I had cleaned up the mess and that the garbage had already been picked up by the refuse company so I could not do that. I received an email back that they would send it anyway. I was beyond happy. Unfortunately now almost a month later and no replacement..I don’t know if I’ll see it ever or not. I’m upset because this wasn’t the cheapest patio furniture to buy with a limited income. That being said, the furniture is very nice and comfortable. Assembly was easy, tho it took awhile to put together. I placed a board over the coffee table in order to be able to use it. I was at first impressed with the customer service but now, not so much. I assume I’ll not be seeing the replacement glass…hence the 3 stars.

The 5-piece outdoor sofa and table live up to my expectations and more! All the pieces and stainless steel hardware matched perfectly and the included little hex head ratchet wrench was a real bonus. The cushions are well-made and very comfortable. The only problem I ran into was a couple of the pieces had lost their ID stickers. When I thought a piece was missing (it wasn't) the Seller was very responsive and ready to send replacement part. I was able to figure out what I was doing wrong before they had to do that. Very pleased.

Not sure if we like it or not. There are NO ASSEMBLY instructions In either of the boxes or hidden in the masterfully packaged 6 piece set.
