This set is fairly comfortable. Nice thick cushions on the bottom. Soft back cushion but could use just a bit more padding to keep back cushion from falling over. Maybe it is just mine didn't get as much. Went together fairly easy with one issue which was taken care of by drilling out a hole that did not match up with the other hole. Weaving on one arm didn't match the other arm. Customer service was extremely helpful in resolving my issues.

The Nusbay three-piece bistro conversation wicker swivel glider outdoor patio set which we purchased from Nusbay through Amazon, was received several days ahead of the original scheduled delivery - wonderful! When we opened the box that the patio set was shipped in, we noticed the packing of all the product items were executed well, meaning we found no damage to any of the pieces and all parts and fasteners were present for assembly as depicted in the instructional assembly guide. The manufacturer states, 'From the box to backyard bliss with 15-minute assembly' was not quite correct or valid, but the slide-in snap-lock engineered assembly mechanisms and plug in design made for easier assembly in connecting the back and seat, reducing the number of bolts, nuts, and washers being used in putting together the chairs. I appreciated the included ratchet with the bolt driver bit which was needed to screw the fasteners allowing the erection of the chairs and table, reducing the overall assembly time and uncomplicating the process. We like the beige color of the olefin material of the cushions because they match our existing patio chairs on our deck, as well as the three layer core 6-in cushions are comfortable and so far, spring back to their original size after getting up off the chair. It also appears that the back cushions are remaining thickness consistent from top to bottom without gathering and bunching up, but time will tell on the cushions! We also like the size and height of the chair, especially the height of the back because I am 6'2" and it fits me pretty well. The polyethylene rattan wicker is a nice medium brown color with tightly integrated woven wicker weaves throughout the chair. The corrosion resistant rust proof frame should last in the outside weather for many years to come. The heavy-duty base appears to support my weight. The glider base is smooth, quiet, and stable, with a no-tip, full functioning 360° swivel, very nice! Great quality for a great price when compared to the normal economically manufactured everyday run- of-the-mill outdoor wicker patio products you see online or at the big box stores, but also much less expensive with comparable quality to pool and patio brick and mortar retail stores. Last but not least, after purchasing this product on Amazon, the price was lowered several days after my purchase. I contacted Nusbay and they honored that price drop and sent credit to Amazon, which was applied to my credit card purchase. I sincerely appreciate that gesture of positive business attitude and great customer service towards satisfying their customers! Will update as time passes for positive or negative feedback on this product.

This set is beautiful. It looks very nice and it is sturdy. However, when we were assembling it, one of the screws did not line up and we had to end up using a drill in order to make it lineup. Fortunately, we had a drill to do this. It’s a beautiful set and it rocks as well as swivels. If not for this flaw, we would’ve given this set a five star rating.

One corner and of sofa torn. But it is hidden so I did not contact seller. Went together with a little muscle as sometimes things didn’t line up right away. Looks very attractive and if very comfortable. Arrived in two deliveries, no problem. Put one delivery together and when the chairs arrived, put them together. Really appreciate the little wrench that came with it! I just hope it lasts a long time!
