We luckily received all three boxes at the same time (receiving the boxes at different times is not the products fault FYI). Assembly wasn't super easy, nor was it horrible. You have to ensure that all the bolts are aligned with the holes. They have to be straight or they will be very difficult to tighten. There were a few blemishes in the rattan but nothing too bad. I think the strange part was our furniture had almost an old perfume smell but having outside removed the smell. I recommend using an allen wrench driver, this will save your hands from unnecessary abuse. The furniture is a good size and stable, so far. We will see how long it lasts. ... show more

We ordered this patio furniture and absolutely loved it. We ordered the one without expect installation and it came with a manual and the steps were pretty easy to follow. We were able to set the 4 piece furniture up and functional in 1 hour. This forms a very classy piece for your outdoors. The cushion is comfortable for relaxing outdoors and the sofa and chairs are quite sturdy to handle weight. We were able to sit at a stretch for about 3 hrs today and did not experience any discomfort or pain. Perfect patio set for a patio, it's good for my medium sized patio. I recommend using a blanket or even maybe a cover for the cushions since the cream Colo can show dirt or dust.quickly, I think it's a great set and great value and has a cozy feel, like it's it's a comfortable outdoor living room set for your patio. The color of the cushions is darker than the photographs. The assembly isn't difficult, but I would recommend buying a cheap ratcheting hex wrench rather than using the provided wrench to significantly cut down on assembly time (a few hours with the provided wrench, 90min-2 hours with a ratcheting wrench). The media could not be loaded. Sadly I only received one box out of the seven that I should have received. As usual UPS great service stated this was the only box received by them which I doubt. Will update review if I ever receive the complete item.

Ordered to be partnered with existing product that complimented it. We really found the assembly easily and the cushions fairly comfortable. We did buy additional back cushions as the back cushion itself was not enough support for us. The ganging brackets were very needed and useful.

This is a very cheaply made set and I regret buying it. The raving reviews state it is a fabulous set, easy to put together, etc. it took us 4 hours to put it together. We wasted first two hours when we were using the original screws. The tops of the screws break off! Must be cheapest screws ever. The holes do not align. Finally we drove to a hardware store and purchased $50.00 worth of reinforced steel screws - only after that and using a drill to make new holes- we were able to put it together. The cushions are made from the cheapest in the world polyester- that screams -cheapness and low life… i will be buying new cushion cases, for sure. I should have known that ordering stuff from China i should expect junk- but the hope dies last. ... show more

No assembly instructions included with the set, cushions are very very cheap had to go buy replacements which cost me $300. overall i would not recommend as i could've spent more and gotten what i paid for.

My patio is not very big so I was looking for something compact. And this is perfect to fit on small space. It looks compact but enough spacious to sit comfortably. It’s looking awesome on my patio. I have put photos also for look and feel.
