They are appeasing to look at and so comfortable to sit in! Everyone and anyone who enjoys sitting outside will love this set! Looks cool with the covered backyard. All chairs are steady but honestly hard/time consuming to assemble. It took good five hours for me to install. So if you are looking for something ready made this is not the product but once its assemble its awesome.

The patio funiture arrived in a few large boxes that were heavy to move for one person. Started putting it together. The tools that came with the furniture are not adequate enough to build the furniture. Your gonna need a socket and rachet plus a drill with a tip the size of the Allen rench. Also and extra helper is good! Some on the holes in the chairs didn't line up so needed some muscle to line them up and screw in. The small tags with the name of the furniture were attached upside down. (Pic above). The cushions were not very thick. On the sofa the center person can feel the support bar on the bottom part of the sofa. Not very comfortable. The furniture is nice but not worth the price I paid!

Great patio set for the value. I was happy that the fire pit was included in the set. We were looking for a rectangular fire pit due to the layout of our patio and it fits nicely. I had one complaint with them sending the wrong size bottom cushion for one of my chairs. I reached out to the seller but they were out of stock with the one that I needed. I continued to follow up and they eventually sent me the replacement when it became available. Thank you for the great customer service!

I received the delivery one day ahead of schedule which was great! It definitely takes two people to assemble the furniture. I have two issues with the quality and missing piece. The screws on the side of the three seater couch protrude out a little much. I am missing one piece to the ottoman which the manufacturer has not replaced or given me a refund for. They offered to provide me with two ottomans but that would require me to pay an additional $80. I refuse. I just want one piece that was missing which I already paid for with my initial purchase. I’m not really satisfied with the customer service. I probably wouldn’t purchase with them again.
