I have purchased sever sets of these in the last few years. They are leakproof when our daughter hauls them to work in her nursing bag and when we shove a travel snack into the car. They are microwaveable and do not leak chemicals into the food like plastics. They do not harm the environment and their only downfall is when they "fall down". Being glass they can break when we drop them. That is our fault, not theirs. ... show more

Air tight is exactly what these are. I like the glass lids which don’t warp like the plastic ones. These are easily dishwasher safe. For storage, I found it easiest to stack them with each lid on. It could work to stack them together empty and the lids separately but I would think the correct lid would be harder to find. You will need an entire cabinet shelf to store these together. Snapping/unsnapping the lids will be challenging for toddlers and seniors. Overall an excellent product and I give it my highest recommendation. ... show more

    • Glass shards flake off when stacked
The glass is not stackable. The edges chipped off and they were so small, I only knew I ate glass when my food was crunchy. I was eating rice. Rice is not crunchy. Y'all this product is not good. Threw it all away.

    • Quality Has CHANGED
I believe they've made some big changes in manufacturing. The seals and plastic lids to the sauce containers are a different color, and the sauce containers no longer clip together. I also noticed a weird wax film on everything after their first wash which I'm still trying to get off (we used the same detergent as always and it was a light load with nothing weird in it). I'm kind of bummed, I bought this set a year ago and loved it! I was hoping to get more of exactly the same thing. They're still fine though, they do the job ... show more

The lids close easily, they stack really nicely and provide great sizes. I have used in the oven, the microwave and in the dishwasher with no problems. This has taken my meal planning and food storage up a notch. Love these!
